Misogynistic means to have a severe dislike or hatred of women.
Since when does disagreeing with a woman or criticism of a woman become hatred?
The word misogyny is used to silence people just like calling someone racist.
If any sex is hated and is attacked constantly by the other it's men.
Woman are shouting we HATE men etc, not a word, disagree with a woman and they want you in jail.

All the women talked over one another as usual. There might be the same rules on the pitch but I can't listen to their high pitched voices, their want to be liked means they never criticise and until they come up against the physical aspect of playing against faster harder men they have no right to commentate. Male pundits will disagree with each other but male manners means they can't tell a female she doesn't know what she's talking about which is usually the case. Unfortunately the women commentators believe it's a popularity contest and Alex Scott regardless of how many womens games she's played in shouldn't have a say on a game that is played on a completely different level to what she was used to. Women presenting a program on the men’s game, even reporting a game, I have no problem because they can do the homework and they call what they see just as good as any man. But women analysts on the men’s game, no chance. And here we get into a bit of an area of contradiction on my side with women commentator’s. They could have all the knowledge, do all the homework they like but they simply haven’t got the right tone / voice. They have to over exaggerate their normal voice or they try too hard and its basically an extremely annoying listen we’re I have to turn the volume off. I have to agree Barton is spot on. @bobobahia 9 місяців тому +1

I agree but I also feel that even among male commentators there are too few that have the right tone and language skills to add theatrics to the game. Also, the change to digital audio from analog has made a big difference. Not to mention the crowd demographics changing from mostly working class to an affluent middle class has diminished things greatly. Stadiums are so quiet now. Often I rewatch the United vs Arsenal 1999 FA Cup match at villa park and it recalls to me how much more exciting as a whole theatrical package the game used to be. Martin Tyler’s beautiful tone, Andy Gray’s perfect comments, both screaming over the noise of the crowd, the swooshing sky sports infographics, the fans storming the pitch at the end…etc. If I mistakenly choose one that’s been commented on after the fact by contemporary commentators I can’t bear it. Anyway, what I’m saying is that commentary is only one area in which the game has lost its drama. And, re: the topic of this video, let’s not forget that for every bad female commentator there is a Robbie Savage…how does that guy get work!?

There are 2 types of men that watch football, those that say they hate women pundits/commentators and those that are too scared to say they hate women pundits/commentators. I do not want to hear the opinion of someone who could not have got into the local pub team.

How they have the audacity to employ a female ex-rugby player to pass judgement on current international male rugby players, is beyond me.
Who do they think wants to listen tobthe opinions of a woman who has never played the sport to the level of the game she is providing punditry for?
