been watching and following along with this video almost every night for the last two weeks, i can honestly say that this has been pivotal in my night time routine and my understanding of self care. Thank you for creating something so beautiful it has provided me time to understand what self care is, and that it isn’t selfish.
I have postpartum insomnia and I decided to try this yoga class before bed, i have never cried so much in a yoga practice, I suffer really bad with anxiety too. I just want to say thank you bird for providing a safe space for us. You have helped me feel calm tonight. I feel I will sleep tonight for the fisrt time in months since having a baby, thank you 🙏
I really hope you had a blissful sleep. Insomnia was a big part of my life for a very long time. With the added anxiety and depression. It’s very tough to get control of but yoga was one thing that really helped me. I hope you can continue finding relief and can feel rested 🫶❤️
this was my first time crying during an asana practice. some poses felt blissful for my body and caused me to “release”. during shavasana it’s as if i could feel the energy moving up from my belly and then purging. thank you for this experience, namaste 🫶🏽
Yoga, by far, has the more profound improvement in my sleep with my Fitbit to back it up. The duration of sleep, the quality, the REM and Deep all increase with consistent practice. Insomnia gone. Beyond recommended for anyone facing insomnia
