Soo my moon Calender yoga told me about self care and hip opening yoga today and I figured I’d do the air element but just under this video was suggested right next to it was a video that had in it 333 and 111 on another! I’m so grateful and thankful for your existence 💗

One of the things I love so much about Yin Yoga is how the body relaxes into a pose. I've never done Full Pigeon before, and by the end of the first side I was able to remove the block. Thanks for another great class, Allie!

Thank you so much for this, Allie! 🙏🏻🤗 I did this as part of my routine this morning, and it felt SO GOOD! I have had a painful right side, lower body (from hip to knee) for almost a year now, and have had to greatly modify my yoga poses to accommodate. This easy yin yoga for hips was perfect for me, though I did have to modify a few poses a little bit. It felt great to stretch out and relax this morning! Hope you are enjoying your holiday season, and I am off now to watch the Chakra Chats from this week, now that I have time 😉

Honor your body with regular massage too if you’re able! Find a massage therapist to friend & maybe barter with, call your local massage schools b/c they offer massages at half price so students can get their hands on time in, & you can also call your local Chiropractors & see if they offer massage therapy that may accept your health insurance! Super helpful tips for anyone who needs but can’t afford regular massage! Stretch, massage, & drinks lots of water! 🙏 Namaste
@@ladyscarfaceangel4616 Thank you! Unfortunately, I have tried many, multiple massage therapy sessions, but have had no luck with pain relief, or loss of mobility 😔. I've tried lots of different types of healing, but nothing helps.
