TronFan97 No. No. And no. Hot Fuzz is considered by allot of reputable critics to be the best of the trilogy, Worlds End being worst, or least stellar.
slingshotmcoy Hey, it's just my opinion! I know how much opinions and freedom of thought are despised on the Internet, but you could at least respect mine. Personally, I love each film in the trilogy as much as each other, but if I had to put it in my PERSONAL order, I'd put it SotD, TWE, HF. Sorry for having an opinion.
Besides, just because a film got good reviews, doesn't mean I instantly HAVE to like it. For example, Under the Skin got glowing reviews, but I thought of it as a pretentious, incoherent mess. A beautiful one, but still incoherent.
0:01 - 0:38 is Gary King's theme in my mind. It sounds like all the glory and hope he always wanted to recapture, yet it sounds kind of sad because he never could. Live long, Gary King. We all want to be you, but we're all glad we're not.
Why don't people talk about this film. I mean I heard of Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Baby Driver, and Scott Pilgrim vs the World before I watched them. The only reason I found out about this film is because I went to Edgar Wright's IMDB page after enjoying his films so much.
It's criminal how underrated it is. I didn't use to care for it as much as the other two in the cornetto trilogy, but these days I actually think it's probably the best- the attention-to-detail is insane, it's beyond Kubrick levels lol
I just watched this. I watch it at least 3x a week at this is the first time I actually listened to this all the way through. Love the song and the movie.
TheNuggetThatCould No that's what I meant, eventually Pegg, Frost & Wright will make another film again, I mean they're best friends, unless one of them dies there's literally no way they wouldn't collaborate again.
"Listen, theres nothin' "ooh ducky" about being teetotal, about walking into a pub after a rugby match and ordering a tap water at a bar packed with big ugly bastards wearing war paint. That Gary, takes confidence. Im talking balls!"

There’s nothing that can compare to reuniting with your best friends to relive one of the wildest days of your life. I think this movie is so powerful is because it reminds us of childhood memories that are long gone but never forgotten

This movie is so underrated. Love it; definitely a personal favorite of mine.
I think World's End was perhaps not as good as Shaun of the Dead, but better than Hot Fuzz.

Easily Edgar Wright’s most underrated film. I think the studio released it at the wrong time because it came and went so quickly.
It's criminal how underrated it is. I didn't use to care for it as much as the other two in the cornetto trilogy, but these days I actually think it's probably the best- the attention-to-detail is insane, it's beyond Kubrick levels lol
My favorite movie of the year.
Such an awesome way to end a great film.
can someone do a 10 hour version of the first 38 seconds
I love this fucking song. I loved that Gary was a Sisters of Mercy fan. As soon as this song played in the film my eyes lit up.

Cornetto trilogy, Wooden Fence trilogy, so many greats, I was actually disappointed when Paul didn't have a wooden fence scene
Cool song. Has a lot of 80's feel to it. Reminds me of the title song from "My Science Project", a movie from the 80's.
It's an Eighties Song
80’s goth style music
The verses of the song are the the first half of the movie, and the last half is the chorus

They should make another film ...
They will. It just won't be another Cornetto one.
They are going to but it will be a different director and nothing to do with the Cornetto trilogy which is a shame.
