@@jeevaanand4466 I lost 8.5 kg by playing badminton. It took me 8 months. I play competitive badminton for 1.30 hrs everyday. Diet very less rice more of vegetables. Losing 8 kgs in 8 months is a way to go and correct way
@@jeevaanand4466 if you’re overweight meaning if your BMI is close to 30, you will definitely lose 4kgs in 2 months. My BMI was 26, so my weight loss was less

Badmintion is Truly a high injury game due to its lot of sudden and unexpected moves and it's not truly recommended for all age groups. Of-course, it's an very very addictive game as well. Once you get in and you will not go out with it. Try it plan it and do it carefully...pls.

I enjoy this sport and its definitely helping me stay fit. The only problem I face is shoulder pain and pain in the arm joint sometimes. Any tips or stretches to avoid this would be of great help😊

I have few questions
- did you play badminton that full 2 hrs (of course starting and ending sessions do have warm up and stretching. I think inclusive of that would be 2hrs)
- or did you do any other activity like I saw you jumping over the small hurdles
- can you exactly list out what you did and how many mins ?
See I’m a beginner and yes as SKS sir said it’s my fav and easy cardio. Since I live in US in a small town, which becomes extremely cold during winter ❄️. I hate going out during those times. Since it’s a small town (where I live ) not much indoor facilities. Well it’s college based town but ... it’s difficult to explain. Just please reply to my queries that I had put forth above. Thanks 😊 🙏
