This was very informative! I wish we had one of these communities in NC for our vets.

Great work. Still serving and bringing everyone else along. The center looks perfect. No structure, based upon interactions with each other. Initial engagement then get involved back with the buddies and then the world. Sometimes I get really bad vertigo for days and just can't track what's going on around me and have to focus on immediate things like getting underwear around my R foot and getting dressed. I got a good woman now to help out. Basic, supporting relationships are key. I always have coffee and creamer at the ready.

My bro in law did the same thing. Except he was already in and got out of the army then asked to be in the Ready reserve but when the Iraq war came up he hid and ignored phone calls and trashed official mail. Then wait until Obama ended the Iraq war to come in the army again as an officer. So he went awol and waited to get his college education too so he can be a “leader” lol 😂 I’m not even joking either. This guy is the last guy who should be an officer not even compared to this veteran interviewed.

Then the afghans fumbled it all… That’s why we should avoid sending our people to “fix” someone’s else problem.

Blast injuries are systemic, TBI usually is localized

A lot of the times kids told to do things by poor leadership who know better and would rather fry the little guy in the event their attempt to look good gets them in trouble, my old BC literally murdered 9 of my friends in an attempt to look good for his boss to get promoted, at the memorial service I was on the 21 gun salute, he did the eulogy, it was the worst service I’ve ever seen and he looked bothered to be there like he was mad that they died when he basically murdered them, it’s sick old men telling young men what to do
