Rep. McClintock Questions Attorney General Merrick Garland About Double Standard of Justice at DOJ

Attorney General Garland just maintained that local prosecutors are independent. Yet, in the Manhattan case the third ranking official in his department left to join the local prosecutor's office to spearhead the New York prosecution of the former president of the United States.
