What an amazing person. He is the real deal. Imagine if most of the private sector had ex-officers and other ex-military leaders. True leadership and true commitment to the work. I was so young when I watched the documentary "Commando on the frontline" and now to see this great person become a VP of major bank. Wow.
I really like this guy glad to see his journey in the civilian world inspiring people with his life in the military experience .God bless you Bertie kerr
I like this guy. Does he got a Facebook or Twitter? He inspires me. I was in Canadian reserves ..sum of the guys from my squad were regular forces and had done deployment in Afghanistan with camp bastion boys
I find civilian employees keen to employee ex military. But the middle management fear you are a threat to their position You then spend a degree of your time pacifing the fears of middle management. You need to be diplomatic and unassumng. Such a difference to the straight forward way of management in the military where you are on the same team.Hence you will often find ex military self employed.
Only feels like recently I watched this man earn his green beret
I know right.
What documentary?
Commando on the frontline you can find it on daily motion
I’ve worked with some sprog officers in my time and all were Top especially the ones they send to a unit , as a marine , corporal , and as a sergeant
Could listen to this man speak all day, already watched commando on the front line about 10 times 🤣

No such thing as ex/former Royal Marines, OARMAARM.
BK is a smashing lad. No surprise that he’s smashing it outside the Corps. 💪🏼
Courage, Determination, Selflessness and Cheerfulness in the face of adversity
