Success people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time.

The fact is nobody can motivate you. Only you can motivate yourself!
When you get motivated from others words, that'll last probably for few days!
But when you motivate yourself, that'll last forever!

    1. You can go after whatever you want but you cannot (should never) get in the way of others from getting whatever they want
    2. Sometimes the problem is you. Take responsibility for the things you do right but also accountability for the things you do wrong
    3. Learn to help others, ask for help and accept help.
    4. Learn to listen and be the last to speak
    5. Be grateful for, but know that the good things you receive is not for you, it’s for the position you hold
    6. [Bonus] Learn that success takes patience

    • @Tran809
      @Tran809 2 роки тому +6

Problem is that time is limited. For example, a lot of people think I need more, therefore I have to work more hours. Instead you should be thinking, I need to increase my value, not the hours. In a day you only have 24h, on the other hand the value of the money you are making is essentially limitless.
Although you aren’t wrong in that specific situation, evaluating time and price is the right way to go. Wouldn’t be waiting 5 hours for a free bagel. XD

I think that the idea was that, in our lives, we will always need to spend at least one type of resource to get what we want, to achieve our goals. As time was the only resource they could have used in that situation, Simon is willing to use an amount of his resource, while his friend would rather save it and not invest the resource to get something. One wants to invest in what he desires, while the other one saves because his desire is not as big as Simon's for that bagel. Indeed, it was subjective and time is indeed the most valuable resource we have, you're right, but the question that Simon tried to highlight, in my opinion, is "Are you hungry for something so you only focus on the opportunity?". ^_^

    2. Take accountability for your problems.
    3. Take care of each other.
    4. Practice being the last to speak.
    - All you need to do is have the will and the desire to want to understand what drives and inspires you.
    - The overall journey is arduous and long and difficult.

Thank you for this, I’m 16 and I felt like I needed to be in my 20s to do my dream job because that’s what everyone else did. But I need to learn patience. Like everyone says. “It’s a marathon not a sprint.”

I don’t know who you are but this speech gave me my strength which I lost. Words can knock people down and make them rise.
Thankyou so much for sharing your thoughts with the world 🌎.

I loved it how they actually tested our patience by writing the title of this video about youth and showing about them at the end of the video and the beauty of the content was we didn't even realise it 😂😁👍

Love the speech! Keep me pondering when I heard the "last to speak" part. I often find myself guilty wanting to kick start the meeting and filling in the blank moment when no one else speak. Keen to see how to make this work.

Mistakes are very normal in life so when you make a drastic mistake, the best thing to do is learn from it and quickly move on because living in the past would only destroy your future. In 2018 i lost nearly everything, i was at the verge of taking my own life but thanks to a few friends who stood by me, i was able to get over my suicidal thoughts. Fast forward to this very moment and I’m proud to say that I’m a millionaire but i promise you, my journey wasn't easy but in the end i came out on top. I tried all sorts of businesses, i even sold drugs at some point but nothing seemed to be working for me. And on one faithful Sunday morning in a Life development class in church, i finally got lucky. I was introduced to a man who God used to turn my life around, talking about Mr Louis Berry. Louis is a portfolio manager who works for Crestline Capital, a US based fund managment firm.

He offered to help me invest in the financial market and knowing how good a trader he is,I quickly took a 10K loan from a friend of mine and I investd everything with Louis. To my surprise, in less than 2 weeks I got paid my first profit of $6,291. I kept on reinvestin my profit for another 1 year and made a total of $404,850 and with that I was ready to get my life and businesses back on track.
