Great job, i can totaly relate to your build . I built some ATV' s with snowmobile engines and you nailed it with this bike. Like you , i made sure my builds work as designed , but clutch and chain guards are manditory.
I ride my ATV a lot and race it , i have been rideing it for 10 years and am refreshing it for next year. Love your build
Thank you! An ATV with a sled engine sounds awesome! I’m working on making it safer, now that it runs properly. Clutch guard is already done, exhaust heat shield next.

I have a chain from jackshaft to transmission it also is running around 2 gears with a small diameter. Yes i cook my chain regularly. No room for a solution without other sacrifices like ground clearance. But fresh chain is good for a couple weeks of terror. Performance equal to can am 800 but in old polaris sportsman chassis wih 8 inch of extended frame. Arctic cat zr 600 efi engine with grass drag chip and a bottle of NOS.
QUE TRABAJO! MUCHA INGENIERIA NUNCA HABIA VISTO UN MOTOR ASI SON UNOS GENIOS Y ESTAN LOQUITOS SALUDOS DE ARGENTINA!
Wicked build guys cant wait till I can stop saving for a house to afford toys like this!!
This build is Amazing man but put a cage or a outside wall to cover the motor all around behind you so if you ever fall back or something the motor won't get your clothes or arm or air make it safe after that the bike will be epic
Thanks man! I’m working on making it safer now that it runs properly.

Quote of the year!! “It feels like I got punched by Jesus!!!” You guys are freaking great!!! 👍
If thats how you really feel, maybe it's time to get religion?
Wow guys. Taking it a bit to serious. Maybe it’s time to go somewhere else to watch videos??
Great video! A small suggestion regarding the power drill spinning the North Idaho Lathe...instead of using a zip tie to hold the trigger pressed, try using a velcro tie (the kind used for cable management). I use one on the trigger of my power washer & it works great!
Never forget you cannot sit back. A hot sizzling exhaust stands in lieu of the saddle!
