    I think it needs a seat, similar to the old Cushman scooters. I would reroute the exhaust down the opposite side of the bike from the drive chain and clutch. Then fit some sort engine cover / seat over and in front of the engine. Make it so you can put panier boxes on the sides for hauling gear like the adventure bikes. Also, I think you need to make a new front fender like you did on the back so they match. Other then that you guys have done an awesome job.

      @RolandtheThompsonGunner 6 років тому

      @@GrindHardPlumbingCo that sounds awesome too, I look forward to seeing it. Plus realistically the snowmobile tracks would probably be too wide for a Barbie car and I don't think you would be able to use the snowmobile track mechanism which sits in the center to be able to be mounted on each side of a little car. A Barbie car would probably need specialized smaller tracks, which they do make though.

    What if you drilled holes in the heat shield? Even a few in a "cool" pattern would be, well, cool.
    I'm old school and our chambers (conventional on/off dirt bike) ran right next to your leg. They had a screen like heat shield in the area where you leg was. Older bikes had a more open heat shield. Like rods running parallel. Then, later, they just ran the chamber through the bike so it didn't come anywhere near your leg.

    The way you modified your exhaust, would make it loose few horses power, and make the fuel mixture lean or rich, with 2 stroke engine the exhaust is really important, they create resonance wave who will create pressure to help the gas (fuel mixture and exhaust to come in and out).
    With 4 stroke engine it wouldn't mater.
    But other than that, you guys are doing an awesome job, it makes me dreaming
