If you ever feel mindfucked watching these videos, imagine how poor Bowser feels.
I like to think about this for other games too. For example, the Half-Life series "Hey, is that guy over there Gordon Freeman?" "What guy?" "I swear he was right there a moment ago" *meanwhile he is barreling down a corridor at the speed of sound*

Yeah, you accidentally set up the HOLP for 4 parts of Pokey's body and cloned coins to get the 100 Coin Star outside of the Pyramid, then cloned the star only to collect it while getting squished, then flying all the way back to grab a Crazy Box.

wait... you technically only need one crazy box for this. break the one at the spawnpoint, and use the one by the water for the glitch. it'll save some time, because cloning is harder and more time-consuming than this guy makes it look...
I actually first discovered being permanently squished while messing with the levitate code in SM74... Never thought to try doing things like this with it. Or that you could get it without cheat codes.

Does the game just not allow you to because they figured you'd never try that? And also why does the crazy box have an animation that coincides with squished Mario? Very interesting.
+SSP Trip IIRC you can't press b while squished, so you need to dive in to them after flying. The setup of this was just to be permanently squished in the first place, to prove this was possible.
there needs to be a cheat for the game that lets you be permanently squished but you can still go fast and stuff. Also somebody needs to make a puzzle based rom hack where you are squished Mario.
