Why not just order it with the factory fridge? I have the same inverter, but mine is the 2000-watt good inverter. Should run an 8awg ground cable if you have a ground fault that wire might melt and cause a fire.
That fridge is way too small I travel for a long period of time. So the big fridge is actually way better and way cheaper than the $600 factory fridge. Plus I can meal prep and have way more food and stop less. I researched a lot and there should not be any fires . If you saw the problems with my truck i honestly wouldn’t care if I did catch fire tbh lol
