I pipe my body butter in a pastry bag, snip the tip and fill my containers that way. Minimizes air pockets, and is a no mess way to get the butter in the jar ;)

I just whipped a batch... seeing as I live in the Tropics, my batch ended up more liquid than fluffy soft so it's presently sitting in the Fridge. My ingredients were shea butter, mango butter, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, vit E oil, arrowroot powder, lavender essential oil, tea tree oil, and satin white mica... didn't have some of your ingredients so i improvised. Thanks for this!

Soap Queen TV by Bramble Berry, I don't think the arrowroot is necessary.. if the butter is made of almond oil, that is a light oil that penetrates and is absorbed into the skin along with depositing vitamins so it will not be oily for long

When I make shea butter I add cocoa butter and coconut oil natural fixed oils like apricot kernel oiland grapeseed oil. I usually melt my butters for 20 minutes to rid of any possible bacteria that might be still in the butters and it doesn't destroy the nutrients of the oils and butter. Reason for this is because when I add the arrow u can stick blend to mix the butters and oils and arrow root together and you won't get a powdery mess. Don't go past 20 minutes or u will not only scorch the mixture but lose the nutrients. Stick it in the freezer til it gets solid and use a whisk attachment to your blender to whip the butter and then add the fragrance and preservatives. I hate arrow root powder messes too Anne Marie lol

I have question about additives. Can you add multiple additives to it? Lets say aloe extract, buckthorn extract, honeyquat, hydrolyzed oats, mallow extract etc.? Where you can find which one you can or can't mix with each other and why? What will happen if you add a little bit of glycerin, like one or two tea spoons, will it need preservatives in this situation?

I am wandering...why my butters start having yellowish colour on the top, literally next day after whipping. I usually get my utensils and jars sanitised , so should not be any bacterias growth .. could it be due to separation of oils (or essential oils) from butters? Thanks

Could you show us a body lotion that's similar to the gel types of facial moisturisers we can find in commercial stores - without aloe vera?
I really dislike the heavy lotions, but haven't found a way to make a light gel without aloe vera at home. And unfortunately, I'm allergic.

Does the Orchid extract contain water?

Can I use this if Im allergic to nuts?
It does have Sweet Almond Oil in it, so if you're allergic to almonds, this may not be the best fit.

Can you substitute any other butter for the Lavender butter? I love Mango butter could I use that especially if you are selling to someone who hates the smell of Lavender.

Not a fan of this clip nor the recipe. It looks like a recipe just to sell your lavender butter using huge amount of it. Not really creative either.
