      The "/s" tag at the end of a comment or post online indicates sarcasm. It's used to clarify that the preceding text should not be taken literally and is intended as a joke or to mock something. This is particularly useful in text-based communication where vocal tone and facial expressions, which typically indicate sarcasm, are absent. So, if you see "/s", know that the person is not being serious.

    I have a question - the Xbox service will not be removed because I need the Xbox service and the Xbox service will be removed, right?

    • @SpecBench
      @SpecBench  Місяць тому +1

      Hey man! So the best way to check is search “services” in search bar, scroll down to the bottom and it’ll show 4 Xbox services, if for any reason these set to manual you can set them back to automatic for your needs, if you’re concerned about the Xbox services being removed then only do the first tool “one tool for everything” and don’t do the 2nd one! Thanks

    • @SpecBench
      @SpecBench  Місяць тому +1

      The first tool doesn’t actually remove anything it just sets services to manual which will usually still allow them to run but only when opened by the user!

    How does the software know what is bloatware on individual basis? I think it is individual what people consider a bloatware and what they want to keep.

    • @SpecBench
      @SpecBench  Місяць тому

      Hence why the 2nd windows de bloater has a “remove bloatware with custom blocklist” button underneath, allowing users to customise what they want to keep

    Is there a Windows 11 debloater like the Windows 10 one you used?

    • @SpecBench
      @SpecBench  27 днів тому

      There is some. I just haven’t used windows 11 much as for me it’s always performed worse than w10 for gaming, the first utility on here does still reduce background processes for both windows 10 and 11.

      Yea, I tried that. Linux doesn't go well with dedicated gpu's on laptops. A lot of people want to go linux for the lightweight but go back. The internet is full of threads Linux not utilizing it.

    how to stop background apps in windows 11?

    • @SpecBench
      @SpecBench  Місяць тому

      You can do so by going to settings > apps > clicking the 3 dots to the right hand side to open up more settings , and set allow running in background to “never”. There’s many UA-cam videos on how to do so!
