Hmm might struggle a bit but I don’t think it’ll matter so much, the i7 7700 is actually pretty decent in Fortnite ( at least it was last chapter) it should be fine for him on performance mode! Also very kind of you to give him your old Pc :)

1. fresh install windows 2. optimize your bios 3. eliminate any hardware restrictions ( slow ram, improper cooling etc )

good question! 4060ti will be fine for fortnite, infact i would say just get a 4060. or be patient and see what the 5060 is priced at when it releases! any decent b650 motherbooard should be fine, for ram CL30 6000MHZ is optimal. hope this helps

@@darkwhiteseven because it’s £100 more it’s not really worth it, also its worth considering that the value of these cards will drop due to new gen coming out. So either just get a 4060 if all you really Play is Fortnite, or 4070/ti/super if you do play other games that benefit from a more powerful graphics card

@@Emmyffx the 1070 and 5600 pc? Hmm it’s hard to say in the UK people really seem to just want RTX gpu’s.. it didn’t sell for massive profit but it was within the margins that I like to make. Bcos I’m a Fortnite player a lot of my builds are focused around a good cpu with a lower end GPU. I’m trying to balance it out more for future builds. The RTX 2070 build will be a perfect example of a decent cpu + GPU combo!

@@mastergamer3123 it is pretty hard adjusting to it. You can 100% feel like input delay feels worse. And for me I’m so used to 360hz so if I’m on a pc that gets less than 200 fps it just be a little bit rough 😂

Right so let’s get this straight, at the start with obs and google open we had 159 processes. Google will use around 8-10. So without that open we would have 149 at minimum. I then show the processes before debloating and YES there are other things open. Hence why the processes are 179. I then show at the end that we have 75 processes. So even if we had google closed at the start, that is indeed half. So your point is invalid LMAO

@@IdaXion and not once did I claim anything to be “my Optimisations “ I simply showed ChrisTitusTech’s tool, which did in fact help lower processes by half. His tool is widely vouched by many people. And it’s infact a very safe method which is PROVEN to debloat windows by setting services to manual 🤷‍♂️

Tell him to get the 3600, 5500 or 5600. 3500x lacks hyper threading and that will impact performance in many games

@ it’s all personal preference, personally I’ve always played 1080p high refresh rate. But some people like 1440p more!

But I have just ordered a better case for the test rig :) this means I can top mount my aio and have more space for fans. So that will be better moving forward

It’s plug and play yeah. But to adjust the actuation etc you would need to plug it into some sort of pc/laptop

Funnily enough in my pc build video this weekend I address this :) but what I do is use a spatula ( sometimes they come with the paste ) and I also use like a old gym card to spread it over and then use the spatula to fill any gaps and then just go over it with the card again so it’s equally spread
