    I am 71 years old. After being ill, and sitting most of the time for the last year, I decided I had to do some about it. This video is just right. Been following it for just over a week and feel better already.

    I love these two ladies. I use my Echo Show 5 to remind me to keep going. I will use thus channel and once I add it to my Alexa list she will automatically remind me it is time to get started. Remember, if you aging gals do not move, you will not stay flexible as you age. The difference is a wonderful aging process versus stiff and strained movement. Almost 80 I can bend over and touch my toes, mostly due to the genes of my Italian heritage. Garden-lovers,, my grandparents worked in their garden into their 80s. Taking their example, my diet includes garden veggies, fruit, and low salt habits. Now I will continue to "MOVE" every day. And don't forget to dance....

    Like everyone else , I think your mom is precious and she always makes me laugh a little. This is the best series I have found so far. Not only is it great for exercise it does wonders for my stress and anxiety. After I finish all that is gone.

    I'm not a senior but your videos are helping me get moving again from laying around and gaining weight
    I share with with my friends and family I'm very grateful for them
    I'm 56 but I feel 80 and your videos really helps the time go quickly and I'm able to sometimes do two 20 minute videos to get in more steps

      Good for you ! I am 61 and out of shape, and have done a couple of the videos with these 2 ladies, and just recommended them to my sister, who gets pain in her legs from a previous injury. I know what you mean, feeling older than your years physically. But we will get there, just keep going. I joined WW and do exercises via youtube every day. As you get stronger you might want to check out Leslie Sansone videos also.

    What an enjoyment to watch your mom and you workout together. She is truly an enjoyment to watch. I'm 78 now and have had both knees replaced. Also I have retired and have gained some weight since. This extra weight is hard on my knees. I'm 5ft or less now since I've gotten older. I come by it naturally. I also have arthritis, not the cripple kind just kind that attacks the bone joints that make them bigger. You know what kind I mean? Will any way knee movement is not as much as it used to be. I'm not as active as I used to be. Have eye surgery issues so sometimes balance can be a issue here and there.

    I'm 27 years old, but I injured my neck and shoulder few years ago, but left untreated for too long so my upper body cannot do any intense workout at all. My physiotherapist assigned some workouts for me but I think they're too intense that it further hurt my other areas. I'm so glad to discover this video!! It helps me train the muscles in a gentle way! I feel my neck not as stiff right away! Also, I love seeing the way you treat your mom, so kind! I'm learning more than just doing workouts in your videos!

    Love yr exercise show. Have done a lot of them. Keep coming back and doing them again. Love yr report with yr mom. She is great. Quiet sense of humour. I just turned 83. And am an active person. But have found as years go by I am able to do less vigorous workouts. And my 4 mile walk have diminished as well but I keep up with yu. Always. Love the cat as well

    Dear April , your video is great! all of them! your mother reminds me of my mom. If I've known you six years ago. I will have my mom watches your youtube and have her doing with me. The exercise fits me well and follow most your youtube as it is easier and suitable for my age (68) If i don't do it, it seems like missing something! It helps tremendously! Thanks !     I join you five days a week; three for strength training and two for cardio. I’ve just found your stretch videos and they are great! At 72 I always seem to have lower back pain so the lower back stretches felt especially wonderful and helped me to stand straighter! Thanks for your encouragement and guidance to do all movements in all of your videos correctly. 🇨🇦

    I do the 10 minute walking workout for seniors and have started this one as well,have had a back problem for many years after lifting concrete which i was breaking up,have done this twice now and although i,ll probably never be quite the same again i,d like to say that since doing this i feel much more mobile,once again many thanks from the UK.

    I'm so glad I found you! I am 67 and I have been sedentary too long. I can do these in my chair and watch you using my laptop in front of me. I think once I get the counts down, I will begin standing to get those full stretches! I subscirbed! I want to find this video again and stretch each day, 3 times a day. Soon it will become a habit.       I just happened upon these exercises.i am 87, because od severe arthritis plus living with COPD . I am always on constant pain,and push hard to keep going,I am not able to go far these days. Medical appointments 99% of the time are myonly outings. I am trying these exercises,and they seem to be helping me
