Yess this is my favourite work out of yours so far! The countdowns and ‘switch legs’ and the demonstrations before is sooo helpful!! I’d love to see a push day and a pull day for beginners like this please!
Would you mind doing a follow along middle split routine in the same easy-to-understand-style? You are the best doing those. This one has quickly become my favourite splits video and I am already getting so much stronger and closer to the splits. So it would be appreciated. :) Thank you Summer, I really like your content - been following you for a few years now. Have a great day ❤
You can test it out and see how your body reacts! Might be better to have a rest day in between when just starting, so maybe try every second day for a few weeks.
uhh, never sweated so much after split workout! I am trying to do a split for more than two years and though I am much closer, I can't get the last centimeters for several months.. truth is I did just passive stretches.. will follow this routine and hopefully I will finally get to my goal :) thank you for another amazing routine, you are an inspiration! thanks for all your videos!
@@alexia964 hi, I am able to splits now on my good side and the second one is much closer :) I am following this workout circa one a week so my progress is not that fast but it definitely helps a lot!
This was fun! My hamstrings are improving consistently, but my hip flexors seem to be stuck where I’m at. If I rotate my hip it looks like I’m doing the splits. But when I’m properly aligned, my back hip just can’t touch floor. Starting to wonder if it’s possible for me! Even as a child i had same issue
Hey Summer. Thanks for the video. I love this one. I’m having a problem though - I’ve got the flexibility at my hips for the front splits, but not my legs. I just can’t get them straight. I have the same issue with the handstand drills, I can’t get my legs straight. Any idea what exercises would help? I think it’s the tendons in my legs (back of knees) and my hamstrings. Thoughts?
ughh i have the same problem. I’ve been doing a lying hamstring stretch with a yoga strap and also practicing sitting with my legs straight. After about 7 months my legs are slightly straighter, i’m sure there are ways to get faster results but i’m still trying to find them
Hi, may i ask two questions? In both exercises at 12:23 and 12:48, do i have to push my legs against the ground or do i have to push them like as a scissors, like pushing them against the centre of my body (like if i was closing a scissor)? I didn't get the movement in both exercises, sorry 🥲. Anyway i like your workout, finally someone that is not using passive stretching! I think that to get a faster and strong split, strengthening exercises are required, but not many want (or don't know) to share routines like this one, so i'd like to thank you 😊.
12:23 I think about pulling my hips in line while pushing the front leg down. It should feel like you're trying to pull yourself back up to standing. To understand this feeling better, you can go into a lunge position while wearing socks and pull yourself back up to standing with the front foot rooted down. 12:48. Just chill and relax, I often think about lengthening - pretend there's a wall in front and behind you, and you're trying to push both your feet against it.
This was game changer!!! I did this after a stretch routine and I reached my split on the good side!!!!!

She has a middle split video. Just do a search.
Alright girl, this is literally my favorite workout of yours so far! You think I could add this in everyday and not overdo it?

@@Summerfunfitness thank you! I've been implementing it two days on one day off and have noticed a huge difference in my depth so thank you 😊

VERY GOOD TEACHER VERY AWESOME LADY ANYONE CAN LEARN FROM YOU
Very nice!
This is an amazing routine for splits! ❤ How often in one week should i repeat it? Every day or with rest days? I'm on an intermediate level
Some rest days inbetween would be good! Start with 2 times a week for a month and see how that feels
Fabulous!! Id like to start ✌️what site would you suggest? Thanks💃
Awesome, thanks for sharing the knowledge you've developed through determination and tenacity with us. 🤗
How do u do the last trick? Switching so fast from splits
