Jesse Ventura is a great announcer
As a heel announcer he has no equal.....pared with monsoon or esp. Vince....there is real heat between Vince and Jesse.......Vince should put the two of them in the booth for survivor series during election time 2024
Jesse was bit score my time my announcers were monsoon and Bobby the brain but I’ve watched a lot of older stuff on tape there is no better heel announcer than Jesse the body Ventura

In an interview with Dr D, he's actually in the Canadian Hall of Fame. Vince McMahon had a blacklisted everywhere but that's okay David Schultz is better off without his involvement.

Talk about fake, a joke, entertainment......sounds more like 20/20.
Being a professional wrestler takes more balls than any other combat sport professional because they are knowingly and willing to take major hits and bumps and doing major damage to themselves and being on the road travelling miles every day to appease the fans! If you are standing in the ring across from the likes of Brock Lesnar being flung around like a dog toy or the over 30ft on top of a steel cage and (after previously agreed to it) tossed in the air down onto a table like Mick Foley did against the Undertaker, that takes some amount of Balls and some amount of Guts to knowingly and willingly putting your body on the line just to entertain the paying fans, there’s nothing fake about that at all whatsoever

To be fair, insulting people who think eating Tide Pods or other dumb internet trends is actually a good idea. Mocking outright stupidity may actually prevent it. Now mocking someone for finding athletic competition isn't exactly a good idea, but imagine having such a fragile ego or mental state that you can't handle mockery.

It's America, you have the right to do that. At the same time you can't go around enforcing your opinions by using brut force or you should face consequences for such actions.
Yeah, What should have happened is that Dr. D challenged Stossel to a match in the ring at that moment *(Make sure WWF cameras are there so they wouldn't edit anything out)* and when Stossel declined the match then you show the world and say *"If it's so fake why didn't Stossel accept my match?"*
It's just as effective.. No one loses credibility except for John Stossel, no one gets hurt and no one gets sued.. Stossel would have looked bad regardless cause he is claiming something is fake but at the same time being challenged to see if he's right or wrong but deliced to see if it is fake or not.. You can make Stossel out to be a hypocrite and a liar in front of the world without putting a finger on him.. Vince McMahon and Dr. D went out on emotions instead of just stopping and thinking *"We can make a joke out of this Reporter"*

John Stossel was entitled to his opinion. The wrestling is staged, the hits and wrestling are real, but if men that big and strong actually fight they would kill each other. That is what John Stossel was talking about, nothing more. The wrestlers are entertaining. That wrestler who hit him was a bully, maybe someone can hit slap him now as an old man and see if he likes it. Guess he learned his lesson by getting fired ! No excuse for his despicable behavior. Maybe he should have hit someone like Mike Tyson in his prime ? He picked on a small TV reporter , what a joke. He should pick on someone his own size or Mike Tyson. I am sure he was on Steroids and Human Growth Hormone. What a pathetic bully !
While its almost definitely true he wouldn't have slapped Tyson, Tyson wouldn't have asked the question and if he did, he would have done it respectfully.

20/20 is a CBS news program that ran in the 80s, maybe 90’s too. Jon Stossel was a reported for them and is still around today. He actually puts videos on UA-cam, everyone should watch them. He questions everything, including the legitimacy of professional wrasslin!
The show was called 20/20 not the year… It’s like Dateline before there was Dateline. A “news” program…

I gta be honest any one who has heard my posts knows that I don’t insult wrestling or even the act of a wrestling fan. As a matter even this era with Steve Shultz and even attitude anyone could be a wrestling fan. 2000s were excellent why? Cuz u could be a football player and a wow player and that’s okay. And in the 2000s, you could be a young 20s and working in Walmart looking to move in this world and that was not only okay. He’ll big names WWe stars like stone cold and Shawn Michaels might even show to encourage you to a better job like they did when I worked Walmart in Pleasanton.
It’s not the act of being a wrestling fan nor even old boring ass 2020 as a whole that is the real problem.
The real problem is that WWE has became unwelcome to everyday man who works his ass off and retired.
Hell the apropos today fan is the insane maniac making death threats for ppl they don’t even know…todays fan doesn’t even know who or what they want. We all knew we wanted stone cold to whoop some ass and drink beer and beat up Vince, and we wanted to hear rock makes. We werent wishy washy.
