The reason blacks lack race loyalty compared to other races is ecology. Africa was very plentiful with food & natural resources compared to other regions of the world, Ergo compared to other races blacks had less need to be agreeable to others or stick to the tribe, they were more able to survive by themselves than say white people who evolved in Sweden where the ecology was cold & harsh and if people didn't cooperate then the tribe would definitely starve and die💯

This is a powerful video. And you are right, most Africans don't have it in them to fight. I am the black sheep of my family and I am a non sense type of person. I can fight and defend myself any day. My parents, especially my dad is the opposite. Whenever, I tell my parents to file or make a complaint against something here in Canada, most of the time, they will never act on it. Instead, they will complain all day at home and won't do anything. Once when we went to a restaurant for dinner, I noticed our waitress was ignoring us but busy attending and checking up on other tables....when she finally came to take our bill after we ate....I told my parents to leave half of the tip. My mum looked at me and said "oh so are you now going to write a review and complain"? I told her yes and I explained the reason why but she just ignored me and said the service was good🤦🏽‍♀️.

Agree with you 100%! I have been aware of the damage since childhood. In Kumasi we were berated by teachers if we dared to speak Twi!
As for critical thinking, you have said it all. A child asking questions is regarded as insubordinate. The only quality demanded is submission. We are taught to be slaves from infancy.
This is your best video yet.

Infinite Respect and Gratitude! As an old African Indigenous to the USA, i have often wondered why the Europeans/Americans were able to colonize, or manipulate and control darn near the whole African continent. I also worked with continental Africans and asked many of them why they so easily gave up their African roots and culture. Their deeds and answers were so depressing. Nevertheless though, you are like a breath of fresh air. Thanks for providing a clarity of thought regarding this vitally important subject.

Why don't they grow, produce, process and export food in great numbers? Why don't they build infrastructures that support and improve the quality of life for all of their citizens? Why don't they change the educational structure to produce builders, manufacturers and IT creators? Lastly, why don't they shed the defeatist cultural norms that have produced ineffective leaders for generations? Why don't they embrace the best of other cultures i.e., critical thinking, innovation, and confidence and make inclusion for young people and women an integral part of an effort to exploit brain power regardless of age or gender. It does not make sense to ascribe intellectual capital and leadership qualities just because a person wears trousers and is old. As long as Africa continues to be lead by the same deficient capitulating leaders it will continue to experience stunted growth. BTW, black people across the globe can do better if they choose to.

We have to start from ground up! We are walking traumas. Traumas from religion, culture, external elements and our environment. Running doesn’t solve it neither does staying and hoping for change. A united voice is much more powerful and if we’ve somehow failed as adults, we owe it to “our children” to build what’s left of the ruins. However, it starts with not being afraid to walk the talk and instill in them excellence that supersedes! I love when you challenge us to think.

Have ability to demonstrate skills such as critical and logical thinking, collaborative/team working, negotiation, problem solving, decision making, influencing skills, emotional intelligence and many more, tailored to the job.
Your certificates are your own achievement. Employers are more interested in the value you can add to their business.
If people are progressing, open your eyes to find out what they are doing to get themselves noticed, never assume or jump to conclusions about the reasons. I tried to tell her that we should make our system in a way that we should not even have orphanages or even wait for another race to come love us and adopt us. We should be able to take care of our people and needs 100%. She just said no as black we can’t ever like each other and that blacks won’t treat other blacks children well and the kids in orphanages are lucky and have a good futur because wyte people will come adopt them. This is a timely discussion Phrankleen. I was literally having this same conversation with a friend earlier today. I suggested that a possible remedy to the mental damage could be psychedelics, particularly psilocybin and especially LSD, for it's ability to really activate the brain pathways that promote questioning, ego dissolution, reframing problems and other questions etc. Then there are the added benefits of increased neurogenesis and neuroplasticity afterwards. What is your opinion on this? Do you think this is a step in the right direction for us as Nigerians particularly and Africans at large? Anytime I mention it I have to overcome the same conditioning that makes people dismissive. It sound crazy to them, but what is crazy to me is the lack of basic critical thinking and togetherness...I'm as appalled by it as they are by "unholy substances".

Not all Africans. Some of them. It all depends on where you were raised and spent your 'formative and character forming age'. Your exposure, knowledge, environment. I mean I could go on. Parents/ guardian are also a profound influence in their childrens' lives. Critical thinking to an extent starts at home and at
school . A home, where parents encourage lively debates and seek their children's views can not be underestimated. At the same time as well, there are values which applies to all human beings for example respect and the old adage treat people exactly how you wish to be treated. I rest my case.

Yes but if you think about this too much you just spend all day dissapointed and angry I've been there I have little cosins who don't speak their mother tounge because their parents think it's useless and won't take them anywhere else. I've just learned that not everyone can be saved do just focus on myself and my future kids. Sometimes African/ black inferiority is exhausting

Phrankleen, you have a valid point of view. What impact on African cooperation/development is being the home of over 3,000 distinct groups and over 2,500 languages? Africa was "assigned" the task of carrying/distributing mankind throughout Planet Earth. The disunity/diversity mentality served the aforementioned purpose quite well, while the same disunity/diversity mentality does not bode well for unity.

We can identify the problems all night and day but how do I break free of my unconscious inferiority complex? How do I learn and use critic thinking and how can I teach others? The shackles has to be broken now because we are running out of time.

We were not allowed to speak our mother tongues in class to promote togetherness. In most African countries there are many tribes in most of them some considered superior than some etc. Speaking in mother tongue divided our classes especially if one tribe had more of one than the others i saw this alot in high-school. U end up with tribal cliques in class which in itself promoted disunity the same way it happens in prison along racial lines

I don't agree with this assertion. It's a manipulation and mind control tactics. Tell someone it's always other people's fault and they begin to refuse to take responsibility and accountability for themselves. Others will always try to take advantage. What are you doing to stop or reduce it?
We have to start shifting from blame games. All other continents have made huge progress within the last 50 years under similar conditions.

We are the oldest people upon this planet, yet we know so very little of ourselves..we have often become experts at our own self abandonedment which equals perpetual blindness..where is the school systems that empower us as a collective identity..the geography of our genesis has always been that beautiful tropical environment we call africa today...Our dishonesty about religion..our history and too often the lack of political astuteness dims our view of collective empowerment. Every african children deserves a model of our collabortive successes and its empirical evidence as a people...Europeans gets Greco-Roman history as a collective white model inspiration of some sort of classical greatness..yet what are we teaching...?

These people also they have and still selling Africa to neo-colonialism they don’t care so long as they are rich rule over all African
If we don’t wake up we are being sold into slavery again! Because all they care about is power and money
