Great work man. She's feeling it. Be sure to also let her feel/sense that she could lose you, rather than it only be about you losing her. Don't tell her that she could lose you. Let her sense it. Only being reassuring, or being there is too comfortable and can allow a woman to feel confident enough to move on without feeling much pain. So, for example: End a phone call before she does (i.e. because you have other things to do). Your advice is so helpful I’m so glad that I found you because it’s allowed me to boost my confidence and to stop being so insecure and emotionally sensitive. My gf broke up with me on Wednesday and I did all of the things you said not to do, but ever since I found your channel I’ve been applying your techniques and it’s been helpful so far, I managed to engage a conversation with her tonight and showed that I was confident and did some ballsy humour with her and she found it funny and she smile and laughed. At one point I snapped her saying that she still looks cute to me blah blah and she did react negatively I think? But I managed to organise to go watch a movie on Monday, hopefully it goes well!

No contact only works if you are actually trying to forget your ex, or they are the ones that left you. If you messed up (as I did in my situation) NC is the exact opposite of what you should be doing. If you do NC, she's going to eventually forget you and move on

Ok I've watched like 5 of these videos, my girl just has literally got to be crazy, if I don't constantly message her or randomly show up she's gonna say "you don't love me because you never even tried to text me" "you don't even care".
