Update: we are back together after weeks of no contact!!! It’s kinda hard trying to stay positive at all times but I got through it!!! He never asks to forget the person, just let it go and detach in the sense that don’t think and obsess over the outcome of your manifestation. Just believe in that whatever happens is going to be the best for you. Focus on yourself and dont depend on the outcome or the other person to be happy and living! Just let it go with the flow and believe in yourself.

My best advice is also don’t break the contact- even if it’s 4 weeks, I believe that your ex will be curious why you’re so quiet, and will make contact first- I read a lot of people in the comments say they’ve seen results before 4 weeks and also 3 months later. And trust as long as you stay away from their social media and don’t make contact, you will start healing and by the last 2 weeks you won’t even think about it that much. I can’t believe how detached I actually am and I never thought it would happen so soon. If you’re struggling with detatchment, take it one day at a time. Do things that make you happy and be your own source of happiness, focus on your passions and goals. Focus on things you love other than your ex.
Also DONT WASTE TIME. Really work on yourself. I’m working on my career and also my acne is clearing up. And I’m spending time working out a lot more. They must see a big difference when you guys meet again.
