If your ex girlfriend or wife is dating a new guy or has a new boyfriend, don’t worry - you can ruin their relationship and get back.
The main thing that you need to focus on is making her feel attracted and drawn to you again.
Don't worry about the other guy, or think that he is better at making her feel attracted than you are.
You can get him out of the way and get her back.
It might seem like the best way to get her back is to do nothing and just ignore her.
Yet, that only works if she still feels sexually and romantically attracted to you and is going to really miss you when you don't contact her.
If your ex is still turned off by the old you (i.e. how you behaved in the relationship, how you behave during the break up and after it), then she’s not going to feel motivated to want to leave her new boyfriend and get back with you.
What will make her motivated?

Interfering and destroying her rebound relationship part was the best man. And I did exactly like that. She indeed told me she was gonna tell her rebound that she talk to me . A few days later she called me back saying the rebound started acting insecure and she told me that the rebound told her he wants her all to himself. I left it alone and slowly she started contacting me on her own. I definitely showed her and told her by via text that I wasnt gonna respect her new relationship and no I wasnt calm or patient about it either. I never met up with her , simply talk to her a few days and on the 3rd day I picked her up from her job and took her during her lunch break to pick up her stuff from her rebound and been with me ever since

This guy is great!! I got dumped last week, she told me I was great with her and she wanted to be with me but didn't want to get hurt, it was a massive wake up call for me, I was too friendly with her, Shes my women, and I needed to make her feel like my women, I need to be more assertive with her, and less needy, always replying to texts straight away, changing my plans to suit her, etc. I thought I was being a decent guy, I wasn't, it was a test and I failed. I now can see that after I've taken a backward step from the relationship, I'm going to win her back.

I saw my ex in the gym yesterday (she is dating already after telling me she would never get back with me) after 2 weeks of no contact, and was confident in my emotions, which i was lacking before. She gave me a big smile and waved, as i just nodded and walked to my bench. She later ended up saying "how are you" etc, and showed me her new apartment on her phone. She was flustered and nervous. I walked off eventually and she looked back like sth blew her mind lol!

Ex is coming into town next weekend with our children (7 months gone), but also with her Monkey Branched Rebound. I get the kids for 3 days while they stay in a hotel, just miles away. Should be interesting. It's taken awhile, but most of the pain has subsided. It's all about the kids now, as Daddy knows how to love, pamper, perhaps even spoil a bit. Okay. So let me start off by saying that I'm a girl and I'm bisexual and I've dated this girl and she was like the WORLD to me. I loved her soooo much. And we broke up because.... Okay....let me tell you the reason why we broke up. So one day, my friend texted me and asked me was I still dating my girlfriend and I said yea.....why. And then she told that my girlfriend was cheating on me for some guy. And then she proved it to me and showed me some text messages saying that my girlfriend was dating someone else behind my back. So I got mad and heartbroken at the same time and then I started going off and then I calmed down a bit and texted my girlfriend and said hey. I need to talk to you about something...and she didn't say anything. So like 30 minutes later, she still didn't respond so I texted her again and I said its important and then 11 minutes later, she said okay. So then I said ummmm, my friend texted me and said something that really broke my heart. And she also said that you cheated on me....is this true. Then I showed her the texts that my friend sent me and then she read them and then she said "nah man, baby I love you so much". And I said fr cause that really broke my heart and she said "I'm fr babe. You know I wouldn't do that". And I said "so you 100 percent positive sure that you're not cheating on me.....okay". Then she said I'm 1000000% I ain't cheating. And then we said some more stuff and I ended the conversation with okay. And then she sent me a gif that said I love you and I told her that I love her too. And then my friend wanted to see the text so I showed it to her and she said....to be honest. I don't believe her. And then that's where I got confused cause I didn't know rather to believe my friend or my girlfriend. Then the next day I wanted to talk to my gf about it again but I guess she was acting to scared to talk to me since she got caught. And then later that day...she broke up with me and I was SOOOO heartbroken and sad. I didn't know what to do. And now my friend is mad at my ex gf because of what she did. She doesn't even like her anymore. And now today...I just found out that my ex gf goes out with my boy best friend... He's like my brother and I call him big bro and he calls me lil sis and now I'm pissed and heartbroken that my ex goes out with my brother/best friend. And from what my brother/friend told me. He said that my ex gf liked him for a while and he liked her for a while and he asked her out and she said yea. Then I really didn't know what to do. And...and....I don't even know anymore....but there's more to the story tho. And all I can say is that I REALLY, REALLY miss my ex gf and I wish I could have her back so bad but she goes out with my brother/best friend now.

I did what you told us in the video and I see that my ex has some feelings again and that I attract her like a man should.
I have only 1 problem, she doesn't want to meet me alone because it would be unfair to the new guy.
We have the same friends circle and when we are with the friends it's no problem to interact and attract her but I can't get her to be alone with me so I could give her the real attraction experience.
