Yes I’ve tried a few of them and the apps: To-Doist worked well and Fabulous app really helped me in making sure I was doing things daily that would help me mentally. Also apps that come standard on the phone that I have found work great are the Reminder app and the calendar. In the reminder app I have a top 5 list that is pinned to my home screen so even when I don’t want to hold myself accountable I still end up reading it. Lol also the clock app helps me a lot. I have daily alarms that go off for my routines. If I’m not in a good headspace the alarms going off daily will atleast somewhat give me the reminder to atleast try. ❤️
