    I buy Keychron B6 pro, same feeling of logitech MX keys keyboard without back light. Also Recommend to programmers, because it is quite keyboard, typing speed is good, and the arrow keys are easily detected without direct looking at keyboard.

      Agree ,for programming the esc size and no space between f keys is bad.unlike mx keys it has property key on the right. The b6 looks much better. I prefer personally FILCO Majestouch Convertible 3. Different price but build like a tank. 10years plus use for my first one.nothing moved.key caps lettering is the same. Superb. If the reviewer can test this i will love to hear where mx keys stand….😂

      I just bought Keychron B6 pro too but I noticed the space around the arrow keys slightly smaller as compared to MX keys or K950. I find it hard to locate the arrow keys without looking at kb.
      I do not owe both logitech kb, was just comparing them via this video and some photos found online. Although the space is not significantly larger on the logitech kb, i wonder if it is easier for the fingers to find the arrow keys without looking down

    The B6 Pro looks exactly like what I've been wanting to replace the rattly HP board my company sticks us with: quieter, limited key travel, nicer typing experience, reasonably priced. I used your affiliate link to order one. Thanks!

    You totally beat me to the punch! I just recorded my review of the B1 Pro which I'll be posting through my Keeb Hoarder account this weekend. I've liked your reviews in the past but just subbed today.

      And I don't have nearly the modern Logitech collection to compare to, but I tried my best.

    i was bout to succumb to the Logitech superiority, until i came across your review. I just ordered one, I do not care much about backlight since ill be working in an office, so thanks for the vid man you saved me 50 euros:)

    Very nice review.
    To me personally the benefits of the mx keys mini are namely the great backlighting, the perfect bluetooth connection which is so good you don't even notice it is not a dongle, and the crazy long battery life.
    It would be cool to see your take on the lofree flow :)

    thanks for this and the sound test, with 2.4ghz at that price and slim profile. All that R n D from their K Series / K Pro / K Max seems to have finally culminated in this insane keyboard for 45 USD.
    I was contemplating a K max series for the 2.4ghz alone and its not like theres an endless supply of custom switches for low profile like normal profile.
    And a bundle of good prelubed switches I think would run me more than this entire keyboard.
    + Most of us are not PRO Gamers like TENZ and whatnot. so the 2.4ghz should be more than adequate as is most 2.4ghz tech nowadays. (Think AULA Series 2.4ghz)

    You said B6 has 1000Hz polling rate. But how much polling rate has MX Keys or 950 logitech models?

    I think you can remap the keys in keychron right. Good for adding layers/macros

    The MX keys is selling for 119 USD in India. I like the ability to easily switch between 3 devices with a single click.

      Interesting, appreciate you sharing. Back when the MX Keys first came out, it was only $100 in the US. They wound up increasing the price after they released the MX Keys Mini. I agree that switching with a single click is incredible, especially if it's something that you do often. Thanks for watching!

    When searching for backlit with bluetooth keyboard only mx came up. For a lot absence of backlight is a deal breaker. I do not see much options other than Logitech in this category

    •  Місяць тому

      The only one other than the MX Keys Mini and such, is a Satechi X1 I think. And something from Aliexpress. I did have an iClever Bk04 for sometime, that one even had ISO layout. Other than that, there are some keyboards with mechanical switches, Bluetooth and backlight, like the Keychron K3 Pro.

    You're saying the keys feel soft but do they feel more or less soft than MX Keys?

      If all are in your budget, I rank them: (1) MX Keys, (2) Keychron, (3) K950. If you're assessing based on value for the money, Keychron jumps to number one.

    Here in Brazil they are the same price... keychron and logitech

  • @s-code-b
    @s-code-b 2 місяці тому

    Not mentioned: the Keychron has a right-side Option/Win key on the bottom-row; not on the Logitech. It is a meaningful difference for those who frequently use key-combinations for shortcuts. Having a full set of modifier keys on both sides of the board should be standard. A couple of asides: (1) the light-bleed on the Logitech is annoying enough to some users that we keep it off by default, only briefly activating it in the dark when searching for infrequently used keys (the characters are not visible in the dark without backlight). For such users, the Keychron is far more preferable: no annoying light-bleed and characters printed in white against black keys are visible day/night. (2) The lower keyboard angle on the Keychron is also preferable; steeper angle on Logitech is less comfortable to the wrists. An improvement to either Keychron or Logitech would be a true-TKL version: the fullsize cut off at the border between arrow-keys & numpad.

    Don't buy this keyboard if you are interested in anything other than typing. It doesn't work for most 3-key combinations.

      So it's not NKRO?

    • @insar21
      @insar21 3 місяці тому

      @@terrancecloverfield6791 Correct, it doesn't have that feature, but every thing is different. Before that, I bought another keyboard (a4 tech f60h) and returned it for the same reason, but most of my combinations worked on it; I can only recall one that didn't work. Keychron decided to save on a rather important thing, which prevents this keyboard from being a universal solution.

    I does look like a Logitech. I wonder if it's better. Likewise, I don't think Logitech keyboards under $100 are very good. I’ve had at least a half dozen of them die on me within months. Two $85 ones too.

      I have 2 K360s from years and years ago. Love that keyboard despite it being "cheap". Been trying a number of much more expensive mechanical and premium ULP keyboards since I decided to "upgrade". MX Keys S is nice, but the full sized layout just takes up too much space on my desk... my mouse has to live in the next zip code.
