-1 and 1/2 Kilo liempo or pork belly
-1/4cup fish sauce
-1Tbsp whole peppercorn

Wow ang galing niyo po, Matagal na akong tumigil sa pag try nang pag luto nang lechon kawali dahil sa mag kakasaket yata ako sa nerbyos tuwing mag puputukan haha. Yong last time sa floor na ako nang set up nang kawali and lutuan then nong nag putukan na damage ang paving namen dahil sa mantsa nang mantika hahahaha. Na till now inuulit pa nang asawa ko kpag tinotopak siya tuwing makikita yong mga mantsa🤣😂😂, Thank you po sa tip n ito. It's worth trying again. Goodluck and godbless po😛

Natry ko na! Niref ko muna for about 4 hours (sakto kasi after ko niref lumabas tong vid lol) but I did put it in the oven first. Nung dineep fry ko may konting gargling sounds pero walang tilamsik na malaki! I tried deep frying noon na walang drying drying part grabe parang buwis buhay lol. It worked! I'll do it this way na next time.

ask ko lang po.. bakit po walang tray nung gnimait nyo sa oven.. ordinary oven toaster lang po kase gamit ko..
ah.. ok lng nman po if my tray o wala.. lagyan lng po ng pngsalo ng oil drip rulad ng aluminum foil.. 😉😊

Yup.. You could.. Just adjust the temp and time.. The idea is to dry out the excess water from boiling.. Not to fully cook it there.. You can do this.. Hope you enjoy.. Thanks a lot 😉😊

You could try sun drying or air drying.. or turbo broiling.. 😉😊

May difference ba sa lasa kung patis or asin? Never ko pa na try patis. May kulang pa din sa lechon kawali ko Ang dami no na nga nilagay sa boiling -- onion garlic peppercorn asin celery and salt. Ok naman but could be better.
para sa akin po, mas malasa ang patis kesa sa asin.. nasa panlasa po talaga nyo kung ano ung mga isasama nyo sa pagpapakulo.. keep experimenting until you get the taste that you want.. 😉😊

di pa po ako nakakapagtry eh.. pero na-try nyo na po ba.. pakulo with lasa... then set aside to cool down.. then fry.. then set aside to cool down.. then double fry?! or... straight fry agad.. then cool down.. air dry.. then double fry on a higher temp. than the first fry.. then set aside to cool down.. tapos lagyan ng iodized salt (kase walang lasa dahil straight sa agad sa first fry) yan po kase mga susubukan ko.. pwede nyo po itry kung magiging crispy nga ba o hindi :) please like and share na din po.. maraming salamat po :)

you could try sun drying.. it's also effective.. just be careful/watchful of animals like cats trying taking away your meat.. 😉😊
