I’m not from the Philippines but one day I was watching filipino mukbangs and I suddenly clicked on a video of Lechon Kawali. I thought it looked really good and with no knowledge of the recipe I searched it up and found your video. I followed all the steps and made this for dinner and I’m glad to say my whole family loved it. Now it’s a normal recipe for me, I can’t thank you enough! 🙏🔥

Yes you can store it for weeks, the important thing to remember before frying, the less moisture on the skin the more crispy it becomes and less oil splatter during frying. I hope this helps😋
