    Im a chef for a year and this video has a legit technique that ive been watched so far.. Restaurant Style cooking .. same sa mga restaurant na mga napasukan ko .. and same nang process na ginagawa ko .. try to put cinnamon bark while boiling .. sarap din yon ..suggestion lang..🙂🙂🙂

      Luisa Celino yes ung aromatics po ay depende sa gusto nyong lasa. Pwedeng pwede po iyon palitan. Di ko na nilagyan ng taglad at laurel dahil nagagamit ko po un sa ibang luto, tulad ng tinola at adobo. Ung process of cooking po ang mas napakaimportante po matutunan

      @@4rct1c9Ic3m4n kung traditional pag uusapan kaunti lang ang sangkap nang PATA.. dahil yung mga inilalagay na Herbs or Spices eh karagdagang lasa nalang. Pwede pa ngang lagyan nang Sibot eh .. depende ..nakuha ko lang yun sa mga restaurants na napasukan ko .. malinaw?🙂

    Must have been challenging na i-lechon ang pork leg Friend. I love how you did it with proper caution and infusing flavors to the meat by adding spices and seasonings inside the skin. Mag I-imagine na lang ako dito kung gaano kasarap at ka-crunchy ang lechon pata mo. Always nakakagutom ang mga niluluto mo friend. Keep it up po and more outdoor cooking videos please.

    Question, after the first fry, you let it sit for how long before the second fry? How long do you rest it in between frying?

      Just about 3mins to rest.. so that the oil gets higher temperature.. careful of oil splatter during first fry.. oil splatter is caused by water coming out from the meat.. thats why you have to air dry before frying❤️
