Great vid! Appreciate sharing your recipe and technique. Question, after the first fry, you let it sit for how long before the second fry? How long do you rest it in between frying? Thanks in advance.
Just about 3mins to rest.. so that the oil gets higher temperature.. careful of oil splatter during first fry.. oil splatter is caused by water coming out from the meat.. thats why you have to air dry before frying❤️
