    sobrang daming pagkain na pagpipilian talaga pagdating sa filipino cuisine nakaka miss sobra! di kagaya dito sa Korea walang variation laging replay ang pagkain nila sa mga company canteen o yung tinatawag na "sikdang" wala lang choice kundi kumaen or else manghihina ka sa work ng walang laman ang tyan. i don't mean to offend sa mga fanatic sa korean, nasabi ko lang to kasi 10yrs nakong ofw dito siguro kahit sa ibang makakabasa nito masasabi rin nila na yung opinion ko. makaka kaen kalang dito ng iba pagka nasa labas ka or namamasyal ka may mga western cuisine at mga fastfood chains. at pagka day off at may time magluto sa bahay.

      Moonshine Dream remember the secret of this recipe? Re-Fry....make sure to cool it down first, before re-frying.. some Chef doesn’t do re-fry...

    Every time I go for vacation in the Philippines and visit my tita in Vigan I always request bagnet, now that she is gone I can make this at home and it will remind me of her, salamat kuya.

    I'm half- ilokano, the real way is to fry it and hang it out in the sun at least 4x. A real putok batok method waaaah

    I went to Makati last month and eating at this fabulous restaurant at Greenbelt and got this big chunk of the most delicious pork that I have ever eaten. Gosh! It literally melting into my mouth. I now knew how it was done after watching you are cooking it. Simply phenomenon. Salamat po🙂🙂🙂

    I clicked SUBSCRIBE because you shared to us the ingredients unlike the others who just showed frying without any ingredient added; itinago ang essential info; what's the point of showing it; useless show di ba? So, thank you foodnatics; now I will try it in my kitchen. Matagal na po akong hanap ng recipe ng bagnet kc nagustuhan ko talaga siya the first time I tasted it; diko nakalimutan wla naman mabilhan kya I thought sana matutunan ko lutuin. Salamat po

    I would place the spices and herbs on a cloth to avoid mixing them with the water, so you can use that rich stock for later on other dishes 😁.

    The way u cooked it are interesting, ill try incorporate it with my own way later.( I make diamond cut on the skin and rub some salt before boiling it)
