It is a great one off product for Curing Leaky Gut Syndrome minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker at very last got excellent results with it.

    Sister, I've been a healthy vegan for a long time yet, two years ago I got really sick with severe multiple sclerosis which disabled me to the point where I have been pretty much bed ridden for over a year and a half. I meditated a lot about my physical condition until the Divine showed me that I had to let go of anger and pain that I had been carrying for years. To be totally in the present moment without spacing out all the time is the way to live a perfectly healthy and harmonious life. The anger and pain I was carrying almost completely destroyed me, blinding me of all the little miracles I was witnessing on a daily basis. I took miracles for granted and only now, despite my eyesight being in terrible condition with a damage optical nerve, despite not being able to walk and not being able to prepare my own food, I see everything clearly and I understand. The dualism I saw in life, the evil I couldn't stand was just a reflection of my own inner demons, I had to face them before being able to resurrect myself and found my immortal innocence: my shining golden soul!
    I'm healing now.
    Whole food plant based diet? Definitely yes but in combination with good feelings and a positive mind. If you get depressed, challenge yourself with something you have never done before. To gain peace of mind you have to deconstruct your ego, meditation is helpful to give you energy but when depressed, you have to do something to wake you up such as swimming in cold water or just bathing in ice water, sports that require you to be alert (mountain biking on mountain tracks, kayaking rivers, parachuting, paragliding, mountain climbing and so on). When you are alert, you cannot think, live life in the moment.
    😍😊😁😀💖😘🤗

    I made the best fermented dill pickles this summer - I was so proud of myself and hope I can duplicate the results next year. They were crunchy, flavourful and effervescent when you bit into them. My niece couldn’t get enough of them. If you are vegan, you should check the ingredients of kimchi as I believe the traditional recipes have fish or shrimp in them, don’t they?

      So true! You may also want to know that some mistakes people may make in trying to fix gut health include: adding a probiotic to help with excessive gas and bloating (that's just one piece of the puzzle), eliminating a food for 4 days and expecting it solve the issue (will take at least 2 weeks), and not thinking about root causes!

    • @RainbowPlantLife
      @RainbowPlantLife  6 років тому +2

      Thanks Janice! I'm so happy you love it! It really depends on the individual's digestive system. While red wine can have positive effects on gut bacteria, it might not sit well with everyone. I have a few friends who can't drink it because it feels very "acidic" in their stomach, but I have no problem digesting it (in moderation, of course :) )

    Hello! Thank you so much for this amazing informative video. My goal for this year is to heal my gut after suffering from gut issues that still have not been diagnosed by a doctor. Last night I was doing a bit of research as to what to do when healing your gut, it was suggested to cut out all sugar because when you are healing your gut part of the process is getting the gut microbes into a healthy balance, so it's important to starve out the bad guys. I also found out that it is suggested to cut out grain based carbs (also reffered to as the bad guys). Does this sound right to you? Also by it saying to cut out all sugar does that include fruit or just processed sugar/unhealthy sugars?

    • @AnnaSvedberg12
      @AnnaSvedberg12 3 роки тому +2

      Hey Brookie! Just wanted to reply to your question :) When it comes to sugar, you just want to cut out the refined / added ones. So definitely keep whole fruit :) I would keep juices to a minimum :) In the research I've done, cutting out grains is not necessary. Many studies actually show they're beneficial :) Hope that helps!

However, I suggest we minimize the amount sugar (especially refined/added sugars) in the foods we consume. Accomplishining that will amplify our gut health which will undoubtedly lead to better healthy brain funtions 👌🏾😊 Great job on the video #PeaceLoveandLight

    Some of the best prebiotics are soluble fibers, found in whole grains and some fruits and vegetables, because these fibers will tend to break down more slowly than the fructans in garlic or onions, which can cause gas and bloating. Resistant starch in unripe bananas also has a similar character.

    • @RainbowPlantLife
      @RainbowPlantLife  5 років тому +3

      Hi, Adrianne! I can’t give you a specific answer, as I didn’t incorporate all of these foods into my diet at once, but gradually over time. In general, the body can take several weeks to adjust to new foods and notice results, but sometimes it might take less time depending on what the rest of your diet is like. Hope that helps!

    Hi, I'm your new subbie.
    Spent last night in a hospital ER due to side effects of fluoroquinolones i.e. cipro for diverticulitis.
    Now, Bactrim (and Flagyl).
    Feeling much, much better at home.
    What are your thoughts about refrigerated probiotics?
    Also, recently decided that keto won't work out for me, animals and their byproducts do my gut wrong and this is coming from a woman who ate meat as a child and had a healthy body weight after three sons.
    Food Inc. which I also call 'Big Food' corrupted the food supply and for the life of me I cannot understand why.
    I feel sorry for the animals too, their diets have been corrupted as well and their habitats.
    Earth is ridding itself of its human parasite and it won't be long now.

    How about sourdough bread? From my understanding not all sourdough bread are made equally. If I remember correctly company’s add vinegar.
    Quality sourdough breads are now only found in small bakery like mama and papa who spend the time to let it ferment.

    • @RainbowPlantLife
      @RainbowPlantLife  5 років тому +1

      Hi Gabriela! I think you are right about that. I am not 100% sure but I believe that even though sourdough bread dough is fermented and rich in probiotics, the heat of the baking process destroys the probiotics, which are living things.

    Would fermented legumes, such as those found in idli/dosa batter be considered a probiotic too?

    I love all your content so much but I’d disagree about one thing. The red wine isn’t actually good for the gut because alcohol kills bacteria. It’s also a carcinogen. ✌🏻💚

    Great video. Although, I had one question, the probiotic supplement you’re seen taking in the video contains milk so isn’t vegan. Is this one exception you allow to ensure full range of important probiotics?

      Hi Steven, thanks! Hmm, this probiotic came recommended from a friend who's vegan and based on my research, the ingredient list (DRcaps capsules, website says they're vegan; maltodextrin, a sugar; MCT oil) seemed vegan, but maybe I am missing something? Would love to hear where the milk comes in. I am curious to know so I can better educate myself. Thanks!

      A great response! Without any defense. This shows how evolved, humble and kind person you are. I also love criticism, because it allows me to correct my action and to think about how to improve and grow. Much respect.

    There is a big difference between "cocoa" and "CACAO,"..the former is usually processed bean, separated from the butters and stabilized into a powder, the latter is a fermented whole food..you can't just eat sugary or even most standard "organic" dark chocolate found at the grocery and get these benefits..gotta eat raw cacao, it's also more ethically sourced !

    Processed fermented foods are often heated during the making, thereby removing all the good benefits of fermentation. Best to make your own from scratch.

      Try to eat the way Dr. Michael Klaper suggests. I find his way the most logical, practical and useful.

    For anyone who needs to see this, take a probiotic supplement. I tried kombucha, kimchi, probiotic Kevita drinks, vegan yogurts, I had continual bloating and gas on a vegan diet (no matter what I ate, it wasn’t from beans!) and taking a probiotic supplement was the only thing that helped.

    Hi, I've been eating a plant based diet for 6.5 months now but am experiencing a lot of bloating, discomfort, wind and at times acid reflux. I know chickpeas and too many raw vegetables definitely exasperate the problem but I love them both so find it hard to eliminate them. I wonder if these probiotics could help and what your thoughts are? Thanks for any advice you can offer 😊

      i have the same issue, it sucks bc chickpeas are so fuckin good roasted in the oven ! i also can’t tolerate beans or soy. so being vegan is one hell of a challenge… still trying to figure it out

    I had to take many many courses of antibiotics because of regular infections. It made my gut weaker day by day. What should I do? I suffer from gastritis and IBS now. Stomach aches even if I drink water.

      Hehe love the pun 😂 Usually, red wines that are lighter bodied (Pinot noir, for instance) tend me less pricy for the quality than bigger bolder wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, for instance). Check out this list: www.google.com/amp/s/www.self.com/gallery/amazing-red-wines-under-20-dollars/amp
