The fact that there's no news on nightfall, yet they've shown off the next box, is crazy to me. This is the most hyped i've been for a KT release since Octarius.
I too am hyped. Hyped for those Nightlords.
I would bet it will be announced for pre-order this coming weekend and pre-order next weekend, as predicted in the video. The kroot hunting pack and gravebreakers were announced during the last big reveal at the same time as KT Nightmare and have just gone up for purchase. KT will be next and is at the regular 3 month cadence.
Doubly grateful for: the lack of druidic calendar nonsense; but the reassuring presence of the good old green and yellow spreadsheet
Seems fairly irrelevant to keep banging on about seasons at this point, when some products go from preview to release in less then a week!

There's an old film that's a trio of horror tales (monster club). One of tales is about a fog that transports those who go through it back in time. I wonder if the corridor to the killteam office at GW has that fog.

At least it isn't legions imperials where models were shown last summer and are still mia. Some of the models were even previously available for aeronautica but are still nowhere to be found.
I've not been keeping track of this, loads of LI stuff announced on Sunday, is their yet more to come?
@@TabletopImpulseyeah, almost all of the fliers in the core book are still not for sale. The plastic dire wolf was one of the kits that was announced half a year ago, but we are still missing others like all of the cavalry which was also shown.
Well. Well now. I have a thought about the 'news' about Nightmare. What if... some massive snafu means they're swapping the release of Nightmare and Termination.
It's possible, but it seems improbable that the same snafu would happen to warcry at the same time, who are in the same weird position.

Do you play any other game systems or just kill team??
I mainly play Kill Team. But I sometimes play 40k or 30k, and I have forces for most Games Workshop Games. In the past I have played Malifaux and Warmachine as well, and I'm hoping to play some Shatterpoint at some time soon. But Kill Team is the game I play on a weekly basis and the one I talk the most about for sure!

Nightfall or Nightmare?
Well, we may see a Nightfall on Kill Team from GW. That would be a Nightmare.

I’m flabbergasted at how they’re handling these releases.
Because it is flabbergasting behaviour!
The whole release schedule blows my mind. I’d be way more excited about GW gaming if:
- rules and releases slowed down and were simplified in such a way I felt like I had some hope of actually learning the details of the gaming systems
- new models slowed down so I could actually paint at the rate new things I want are released
- new models slowed down so I was actually excited about them coming out
Interesting. I don't think Kill Team releases need to slow down to be honest! I think the GW pace of releases is fine for me, but I don't collect more then one army for each system any more when it comes to massed battle games.
I get *why* they want to release at a frenetic pace - more sales from a diverse group of players/collectors.
What I don’t understand is why they’re plowing ahead on marketing products that are at minimum 3-4 months away because of production/shipping delays as if they’re right around the corner.
Speculating, but there has been a delay, and they had nothing else lined up and ready to show off at Adepticon and did not want a load of irritated Adepticon attendees saying the preview was really short. @@CrimsonTemplar2
@@TabletopImpulse which is a solid point since that’s a big event in the community. And I do want to say that the interviews with the studio guys was a nice peek behind the curtain…I just wish they’d shown off a mini or two from the new AoS set. That would have mollified the chat after an hour & a half (especially the 3 videos in a row on the same AoS character).
It’s been months. Why don’t they just make kill team boxes made to order. This is painfully slow and still no guarantee I’ll be able to get one
I'm confident that when Nightmare is released there should be enough boxes to go around, Salvation was pretty well produced. This could be misplaced faith, but It's what I think at the moment.

I think it's more or less worth it if you want the miniature that comes with an annual sub.
Why can’t they just release a white dwarf tyranid team. This is a bad joke at this point.
I hear you, the honest answer is I just don't think making a team for each 40k codex is a priority for Games Workshop at this point.
I dont think tyranids really fit the kill team model of a very small team each with individual characteristics. Tyranids are more of a swarm 40K faction.
@@nick1635 the compendium team still holds water. Just would have been nice to see something even similar with updates. I mean 2x genestealer and 2 x votan 🤮
