What is important grammar and proper pronounciation of words especially in writting formal letters and speaking in a formal public gathering overseas. As a UA-camr the current Mana is adorable and cute way of communicating to an international audience including Filipinos.

Many foreigners prefer to study English in the Philippines because it's cheaper and they learn faster. I disagree. If you can adapt a neutral accent, that would be awesome. You will always have a distinct Japanese lilt to your English and that's okay.
I know that R and L is difficult for you because it's a sound that doesn't exist in Japanese.

I think you should practice pronouncing "R" and "L". Your English is good but there's problem pronouncing this two letters. Good luck i know you can do it.

Japanese has no letter 'L' in their alphabet. If they borrow foreign words containing letter 'L' they usually substitute it with letter 'R' such as 'hotero' for hotel.
