There are states that have already abolished QI, it does nothing, what we really need is a system akin to the jury system, everyone gets a number, if your number is picked you go in and audit a random government building and its employees. Also a 3 strikes system for public servants, especially cops, also cops have to carry their own insurance, if you get 3 strikes you are no longer allowed to work as a cop or public service, and any pension or benefits are forfeit, this bullshit is way past old and the only way it ends is with WE THE PEOPLE make it stop.

In Indiana, the Indiana State Police are used as thugs and "fixers" by certain county officials related to them. Indiana officials won't control the situation and don't feel the need to follow the FOIA laws either. Anybody wishing to help expose the corruption in Indiana can make a FULL records request pursuant to IC 5-14-3 to the Indiana State Police records department regarding any ISP employee you choose off of their website and public records requests to the office of the Indiana Attorney General for the names, salaries and contact information for the Indiana tort claims investigators. The identities of these investigators seem to be kept private for some reason. When they do not submit to it, make a formal complaint to the Indiana Public Access Counselor. When that produces no results, file a tort claim and get an attorney. They already have multiple formal complaints against them that are going nowhere and tort claims that have produced no results at this time. The state of Indiana needs a class action lawsuit brought against it so the government here will know they're not above the law anymore. I have been fighting them for over 25 years and I am finally only recently making some progress. This partially due to the audit channels bringing public awareness to things I have been fighting against.

In Indiana, the Indiana State Police are used as thugs and "fixers" by certain county officials related to them. Indiana officials won't control the situation and don't feel the need to follow the FOIA laws either.
Anybody wishing to help expose the corruption in Indiana can make a FULL records request pursuant to IC 5-14-3 to the Indiana State Police records department regarding any ISP employee you choose off of their website and public records requests to the office of the Indiana Attorney General for the names, salaries and contact information for the Indiana tort claims investigators. The identities of these investigators seem to be kept private for some reason. When they do not submit to it, make a formal complaint to the Indiana Public Access Counselor. When that produces no results, file a tort claim and get an attorney. They already have multiple formal complaints against them that are going nowhere and tort claims that have produced no results at this time. The state of Indiana needs a class action lawsuit brought against it so the government here will know they're not above the law anymore. I have been fighting them for over 25 years and I am finally only recently making some progress. This partially due to the audit channels bringing public awareness to things I have been fighting against.
