The unlawful protective orders are null and void automatically, because there is no probable cause. They violate your civil rights and have no legal affect. The judge that issued them needs to be reprimanded and fired for violating civil rights.

Protection orders are loosely given out all the time with little evidence as precautionary measures
You need to sue and keep the money. The corruption has to be costly to the citizens so they get motivated to change the leadership.
If they could, they would issue protection orders to everyone in the country in order to avoid accountability and to keep doing their corrupt business quietly

Lawyers and Judges are bound to anything they sign or testify to in court, that DA. tried to seperate herself legally from the liabilities involved in the false information she used or produced in court. This judge needs repercussions for these ridiculous orders. End judicial immunity! This is a corrupt circle that need to be exposed to light!

Keep in mind this is nothing more than an arraignment. The judge is extremely safe from most any repercussions falling out of their decision(s). Reyes is in court merely to have the charges read out to him and for him to plead Guilty or Not Guilty. If he pleads Guilty, no trial is necessary. If Reyes pleads Not Guilty then the judge sets a date on the docket for a trial. That's pretty much it. The judge does not need to be a fact-finder, does not need to consider much, if at all, about Civil Rights or Federal or State legal precedence. They just present the charges to the defendant, accept a plea and set a trial date. Fini. It will be in the later trial that the DA will be required to present evidence that proves violations of law beyond reasonable doubt and Reyes will have the opportunity to defend himself. THAT court will be required to consider matters like actual violations of law and infringements on Civil Rights.
But don't hold your breath just yet. District Courts have never been good at dealing with issues outside of the normal and the humdrum. They are generally not equipped to handle weighty matters of law and Civil Rights. District Court is simply there to slowly grind through the legal grist produced by a localized subset of human society (the district). Such as everyday crimes, marriages, divorces, etc. They tend not to have the intelligence nor the expertise to properly handle issues that are out of the ordinary. Some are even quite corrupt and authoritarian and are in bed with the local District Attorneys and the Police and will nearly always find in their favor, *in spite of the law.*
If you are dealing with anything more than a speeding ticket, one should anticipate losing in District Court. Then you can appeal the decision up to Appellate Court (aka, Court of Appeals). Only there can you expect to find anything akin to real Justice and to have more reasonable, rational, logical, critical-thinking jurists examine the details of your case (and the lower courts decisions) in a light more favorable to you.
Hopefully, Reyes' attorney is experienced and knowledgeable enough to ensure that all of the critical details and evidence in this case, including those elements of Civil Rights and legal precedence, are submitted in the lower court and are made part of the record. Because the Appellate Court does not get to retry the case and no new evidence can be submitted by either party. The appellate court only examines those details argued before the lower court, and the lower court's decisions made thereon. They cannot take up questions like, "Is he a member of The Press per the Constitution and the law?" _if that question was never made a part of the original case._
Here's hoping Reyes and Uriel prevail against these monsters.

It would be interesting to get the SCOTUS ruling on the protection orders. Seeing the DOJ's lack of response to the protests and threats presented to SCOTUS judges when Roe vs Wade was up for review.

In a similar and infamous case in Texas: The 3rd party comments were made WITH threats, cameramen and reporters made NO threats, cameramen + reporters were arrested, lawsuit followed. The cameramen and reporters WON 1/2 million dollars !

Sean, you should file for orders of protection from the officers involved in crossing county lines and showing up at your door.
Also we should get the Judge's address so the judge can also get the stay away order and force the case to move.

Beyond unacceptable behavior by these public servants. They must and will be held accountable. This is not government working for the people, it is government violating civil rights and the law. Norman and Sammut need to be fired and sued, along with the officers, the DA, and everyone involved.
