    I guess have to use a syringe on the supercharger and the roof for topping up might as well do the ball joints as well, I'll be wearing a lab coat and stethoscope in a few years time working on my SL55 😂

    Hey G,O! What is happening to your weather? You have sunshine and shorts, we have slashing rain in the South of France,(4" in 2 hours). Stat dry! Chris B.

    Doesnt' a creaking ball joint mean it needs to be replaced? My new (to me) 05 does it when I turn hard from a stop. Was assuming I'd be having it fixed soon.

      Yes you can replace, but this is a quick partial fix to stop the noise

    How long does that last? Any ideas? Am looking to buy a car with this issue already - so also wonder how much it'd roughly cost to have a local garage to just replace them?

    • @GrooveOn
      @GrooveOn  Рік тому +1

      It's not the cost as such as parts are okay, it's labor. For me it lasts about 12 months

    How hard is it sticking a blunt tip needle syringe into those ball joints? Shouldn’t the needle have to be sharp?

    • @GrooveOn
      @GrooveOn  2 місяці тому

      Normal sharp needles
