I have a 1999 Camry 4 cylinder and my shift solenoid E has gone on it. Can you do a video on that?
Make sure your brake lights are working, if that are not working every time you press the brake pedal your brake light switch is the problem not the shift interlock switch

Replace the transistor/resistor, which ever one it has.

@@AnndyClark That was my nephew's car so I have no way of making a video. Are you still having issues? Is it intermittent? Can you access the shift lock via an access hole in the center console?
