Has the blower motor in your 2000 Toyota Camry stopped working on all speeds except for high? The problem is your blower motor resistor.
Replacing the resistor is a very simple job, but accessibility is the hard part.
    1. Remove the plastic panel under the dash (passenger side, under the glovebox). It usually can be popped using a finger or a flat blade screwdriver.
    2. The blower motor resistor has an electrical connector, and is located on the left side, right next to the center console. Push in the tab and wiggle the connector out.
    3. Using a small, stubby Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 screws holding the resistor into place.
    4. Replace the sensor, and the screws.
    5. Reconnect the electrical connector.
    6. Replace the plastic panel.
Very simple job, but those quarters are very cramped!
