I am just about 100 percent confident that scalp tension can be traced to hairloss directly, i know this personally as for whatever reason i developed a chronic tendency to activate the muscles in the back of my neck, pulling my scalp tight, over time it started getting really really bad, like someone literally pulling your hair back while having a tight band wrapped around your head, it was really uncomfortable and affected me greatly, fast forward a few months later and i started getting insane shedding, unusual for me as nothing else had changed, my hairline started getting thinner and less defined, and my temples started becoming more visible, i like having my blond hair a bit long but i had it cut at that time and my mother commented on my hair, i started freaking out, and the googling begun, ultimately after a while i started to massage and relax the muscles, fast forward a few more months and the shedding rate dramatically reduced, i would no longer find hair everywhere, fast forward to today, i am having a lot of these shorter hairs feeling like long stubble in my temple area, it appears that the hairs are now growing back and i also noticed my hair feels denser and healthier over all. I am convinced that scalp tension is affects hairloss.

People from this part of the UK owe it to the rest of us to change accents. But I have the cure to hair loss for you. Hair loss is caused by the muscles in the scalp zapping the area of hair. When you raise your eyebrows, or even worse pin them up, you flow a constant steam of tension into the scalp - this motion activates every muscle. Women zap themselves with excessive eyebrow movement too, but their head muscles aren't big enough to cause balding, but they do get enough tension from this for thinning. If you stop moving your eyebrows you'll stop balding. Try it for a few days and see. Look up photos of native Americans and see what you notice about their facial expressions + hair.

Minixodil did nothing for me but gave trouble breathing, Ed, dizziness.
Which brand did you use?
@@saikrishna-ly3rg rogaine from Amazon. It was first developed as a blood pressure medicine so keep that in mind. It will grow hair in vertex because that’s where less dht is found. That’s why it doesn’t work in frontal hair loss because that’s where the dht is likely causing hair loss for those that experience it
Yes it gave me breathing problems as well!!
@@Bryan-dz4qz it’s so obvious that you have no clue what you’re talking about
Yes, It's very dangerous for heart
Sire but doctor told me not to do oiling...,
love yr video. i did try to get a dermaroller... but no shipping to Brazil
Tem no mercado livre
@@CyberWolfVR why is that? did you loose your hair?
about the Botox, it sounds almost too good to be true. There’s almost no info online about it even about the Dr. why is that? Or is there even any testimonials that you’ve seen?
Botulinum toxin is used very often for those who have problems with sweating and excess sebum. I found a dermatologist in my country who also uses this technique for alopecia but the costs are high... And it's not known for sure if it works. It's like gambling
Jeff Bezos is the richest man in history. He has hundreds of billions of dollars. He's bald.
If HE can't afford new hair...
Howie Mandel is a millionaire who razor shaves his head because he’s a germaphobe.
I look awful with bald hair otherwise I would accept it and save my self all this troubles
2:41 there’s no muscles in the balding area of the scalp
The only thing there is the galea connected just by blood
The muscles are attached to the galea.
Completely agree with this video
Guys take a look at your pillows! Some pillows cause those muscles to be tensed all the night. And it is awfull for your hair.
Have you all stop selling the Saw Palmetto supplement ???
I already have great hair, but i'm gonna use this knowlede to achieve shiva level hair, why the F not, love me a relaxed scalp. Thanks hair god (i know it's guard, love your accent)
So Botox directly into scalp? That they would any where else?
I bought the disinfectant, but chickened out on the actual dermaroller ... lol
Use a dermal stamp.
What I want to know is derma rolling effective by itself
It does, its more effective with a topical treatment as well
@@Dawa202 How do you know?
I don’t think it would. The best you can hope for is similar to results to minoxidil which will work by itself short term. But long term you will lose ground for sure as it’s just a growth booster and doesn’t target the cause of mpb. I’ve personally seen this with people. I seriously doubt derma rolling would be as effective as minoxidil even. Used in conjunction with another treatment will help though.
Jack Pewter I’m personally using derma-roller 0.5mm with Redensyl 1% and I have been seeing some good results. Using derma-roller alone may not yield amazing result but using it with a hair serum or minoxidil will improve the results by 4x times.
Srikanth Reddy which redensyl do you use? thanks
Can you help me with natural dht blockers and hair regrowth topicals? Like something I can do in the kitchen bro. Your very informative but I don’t have budget to save hair bro any recommendations?

No it doesn't. Hair from the back of the head does not fall out.
Stop using the PSO study. We all know it was flawed.
How??
@@Honesty361 It wasn't just PSO that was tested during that trial. Something else was added but I can't remember what as it was too long ago.
im getting botox in my scalp, gonna start some Biotin, Fina, and Beta-Sitosterols(3xdaily), PumpkinSeedOil Treatments at night, Minoxidil 3x a week so the Scalp doesnt depend on it, and Derma Roll 3x a week 20minutes prior to Minoxidil Treatments, On Minox days I will Do treatment 3x, But DermaRoll only Once prior to sleep on those days... while i save for a hair transplant lol

The metabolic theory is the most probable. Go research Danny Roddy and Ray Peat

talk about treating the symptoms not the couse
This video should be required viewing for anyone suffering from hair loss, it basically combines the most important natural hair regrowth studies into one.
The only thing I would add is the study about peppermint oil for hair regrowth. The results of that were promising as well.
fk me... theres a dent in my head.... and the hair at this dent grows faster then on the area surounding it... fair to say its under less stress becouse the skin is less stressed.
Anyone tried pumpkin seed oil?
it wasn't just pumpkin seed oil..... search better next time
What else was used? I couldn’t find it in the article.
Did he have a transplant ?
Unrelated but what the heck is tis guy's accent?
I can't recognise it at all!
I’m allergic to minoxidil. Severe dermatitis
Pete Santana i tried the liquid solution and it gave me severe itching and irritation, so i stopped using it. I still dont know if I should try the foam because it is really messy and annoying to apply twice a day
DevilStyle11 # I had tested myself applying to my chest and arm for 7 days and the rash happened, but after 5 days started improving
But in my head was terrible . I applied both and I had the same reaction
I will go to have allergy test to make sure is the medication and not the alcohol content from the composition. Try without alcohol
Also, apply to your chest daily and monitor to see if any reaction. All my hair got irritated and I had a acne look like reaction that disappeared after 5 days after stop the application. I know I’m allergic to minoxidil for sure. But I will test with the allergist. Thank you for asking about my case. Peter
too much science here

Bad annoying narration
