It actually all depends where in the world you live, in North America meat cooks really fast but back home you have to use a pressure cooker to cook the meat or it will take ages. Also there are different kinds of yellow split peas. Some cook really fast and some not. I used the ones from Iranian supermarket that specifically says on them cooks late. So the combination works for me but of course you can always cook your peas separately and add them at the last 20 minutes to your stew 🌹
سلام روش حرف میزدی بهتر بود بعد به انگلیسی زیر نویس میکردی زیر نویس نا خوانا هست دستور پخت را با اون فارسی قشنگ و صدای خوبتون توضیح میدادید و به انگلیسی درشت برای ما که چشممون ضعیف هست بنویسید ممنون بابت دستور پخت خورشت قیمه بادمجون
ترش و شیرینی خورش کاملا سلیقه ای هستش میتونید اون قسمت رو حذف کنید ولی من انقدر شکر کم ریختم فقط برای اینکه تیزی بادمجون رو بگیره و یه بالانس خوبی به خورش میده .
نصف مطلب نا مفهومه. به خاطر اینکه صحبت نیست، باید چشمهایم را بدوزم به تلفن. همچنین دارید چیزهایی میریزید که معلوم نیست چه هستند. متاُسفم، ولی از این ویدئو هیچ خوشم نیامد. 😔

What if I don’t have the dried lemons can I do lemon juice? How much?
Do you ever add fried potatoes? That is how I have always eaten this stew. I’m going to try to make your recipe.
We usually do either fried potatoes or fried eggplants. But of course you can add both if you like, I’m sure it will be super nice 🌹
Is there a reason why the lentils are added after the meat is cooked not in water
if you sauté the lentils it prevents it from getting mushy:)

You can absolutely use any kind of tomato purée that you have or even use couple of tea spoons of tomato paste instead :)

Sugar was totally unnecessary
Sugar is totally optional but for me I feel it gives the stew a nice balance.
