I"m not a fan of the structural battery pack because it makes it more difficult if not impossible to replace a battery module within the pack. The whole thing would have to be replaced, which means insurance could go up because the vehicle may cost more to repair so they end up totaling it.
At mark 8:52 you do realize while you were talking about the battery pack, the picture was of reducing the battery & body factory size, not the battery pack.

We have a 2022 Tesla Why. When it is not in cruise control mode there are no warninng features. I just took a trip in a new Toyota RAV and found even without cruise control there were warnings when backing up to close to something or when leaving the lane. I also find that when using Tesla cruise control if the car crosses the line once to often the feature is turned off. That makes no sense, it should be just opposite perhaps even being louder to warn the driver. I believe issues should be brought attention to Tesla engineers. Yes, from your video I see the safe features but after driving other new cars, I question Tesla's claim to safety. In ordinary driving it lacks the new safety features on many of the new cars.

Ultrasonic sensors are gone from new Teslas. These rely solely on cameras now, so there are no additional sensors. Newest X & S contain high resolution front facing radar, but as of now software does not make use of that. Effectively all collision prevention features work based on cameras...

Hi can u make a video about the fsd. What happens if you sell your car or what happens if you crash your car, will insurance cover the car plus the $15,000 or what if u subscribed monthly , it’s a big question with the insurance .
If Insurance doesn’t pay that and you cannot transfer it for your next car how does it make sense to even have that?

If you sell your car FSD goes with the vehicle. If you crash your car insurance might cover some or all of the FSD purchase price, but you have to make sure they know you have FSD when you get the insurance, which means they could increase your premium. If you only do the FSD subscription then no, it's not covered because you paid to use it not own it.
The main reason people bought FSD was because they would get free hardware upgrades when available and they didn't have a subscription service yet. Now considering the odds are Tesla will change the hardware design over time, like they just did for HW4 which doesn't allow older cars to get it, it doesn't make sense to buy FSD and it makes more sense to get it via the subscription when you need it. They lowered the price of FSD from $15k to $12k and at this current price you could do the subscription at $199 a month for over 5 years. Many people will get a new car by then and if you were someone that preferred to buy FSD outright that means you would have to buy it all over again and it could end up costing more than $12k.
