It was time when I felt calisthenics is next to impossible for someone like me who can't do even 10 pushups. When I started Watching your videos on calisthenics skils I came to know that this is definitely hard but not impossible. Your videos are outstanding and those motivational shorts are really helpful to keep myself on track. Right now I'm working on handstand in app and also on flexibility (plz make flexibility video for intermediate). Thank you "Calisthenics Family". 👍👍
I want to say thanks to everyone at Calisthenics Family for your dedication and commitment to Fitness and you deserve to help so many people around the world with your friendly, real, and down to earth, training programs and methods. I for one I’ve been inspired by you guys. I am at 42 weeks of 48 for the full journey training program in your app. It’s been very hard at times, but I pressed through by the grace of God and I have gained new strength in many areas. I know that it pays well to be patient and go the long road. I would recommend to add some more detailed explanations of the exercises whether it is in your app or on UA-cam. To help people understand more of the science behind these exercises, and how to do them correctly. For example, in one of your training videos, you explain about how to squeeze your glutes, and how to protract your scapula, and how to use posterior pelvic tilt when doing a plank. But I don’t know exactly what it is things mean! So, if you could explain more or demonstrate what these terms mean, that would really be great! Thank you very much! I am on this journey together with you all. All glory to Jesus Christ.
The core is an often neglected but extremely crucial muscle group for calisthenics and over fitness in general. This versatile routine activates the core muscles in several different ways, and will undoubtedly help with the progression of other calisthenics exercises and skills. Great content as always!

I like this type of workout video but I like it as well to be guided on how to perform the exercise correctly. (tighten this and that, etc.)
