    I like how the audio syncs up perfectly with the movements in the video. Sounds weird but it really bothers me when someone is saying to reach up your arms and they’re touching their toes in a video.😅 also you’re shredded! I started calisthenics about 5 weeks ago using the Caliverse app but the stretching is definitely lacking on the app. Thanks for the vid! I look forward to more great videos. Thank you!

    Excellent routine and very hard. Starting is very hard. But yes, follow along workouts in flexibility would be great.

      Well, I don't know you, but taking me as an example, I have really tense hamstring muscle. I'm getting trouble to fully extend my legs during pistol squats or other exercises with rings. Not having great mobility will probably bottleneck your capacity of performing advanced moves.

      I'm trying to find the same answer. Some people say that static streching should be done after workout but ı'm not sure that it is neccesary.
