It just amazes me that your subscription base is not huge, because there is such great value in your content. Perhaps it is because you are not "flashy" or "entertaining"; I don't know, it just baffles me, but then I don't know anything about "promotion" in social media. As a doc, I find your content compelling and super informative. I have learned many things from your channel that I have not from other more "popular" channels. Thanks for your excellent work!

I printed the document, and I'm taking it to my diabetes clinic next week. They'll probably shove it in some drawer But it's worth it!
