I angle my feet, then I rotate the ball so it is in the right position to shoot. I bring the ball up to about eye to forehead level, then release the ball trying to arc and flick my wrist. (I've been told that I shoot in two motions.) I've also been told that I turn/twist my body when I shoot, but I'm not sure if this is okay or not.
