Although I do have to say that smaller players gonna have to focus on different things not so much on the weights aspect of the workout but more so on the court! Smaller guards need different skills because you are at a disadvantage elsewhere! I just don't want every viewer to think they can copy and paste the workout and make it o the league 😂. You must focus on YOU and what you have to improve on! Best wishes to y'all!
