    If your gym doesn’t provide a trapbar you can just use dumbells.

      You can do anywhere from 3-5 sets x 5-10 reps depending on load

      I thought you should do 5 reps with high intensity? Because it's about strength and not volume I thought..?

      Between 30 to 1 min but if the exercise was just too hard you can rest as much as you want

      Studies have shown that the trapbar deadlift trains more the quadriceps meanwhile the normal one trains more the back

      I would recommend an age where they have some training background. It could really be any age as long as they do it with good form

    Should I do calf raises ? Shaq claims it increased his jump by 12 inches

      Calf raises alone doesn’t improve your Vert. That’s just a tiny portion of what’s involved with the process. You need to do a proper vertical jump program.
