Say Goodbye To Store-bought Garlic Bread! The bread is amazing and I highly recommend it. Light, tasty and aromatic. A great addition to party dishes, as a barbecue addition and as a snack for any day of the week. Easy to make and inexpensive.
Ingredients:
DOUGH:
600 g of wheat flour
300 ml of lukewarm water
7 g of dry yeast or 25 g of fresh yeast
50 ml olive oil or oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
BUTTER:
1/2 small onion
a handful of chives
a handful of parsley
a handful of dill
1/2 stick of soft butter
2 cloves of garlic
pizza seasoning - optional
salt to taste
