While thinking about the call out fee ,I went to your video and gate is functioning now.👍👍👍👍👍
Hi. Wanted to ask if you could help me figure out how to solve a problem on the motor if it suddenly starts saying "gate stall" when opening. It opens up very slowly and then bounces back halfway through open and remains open almost 3/4 way through.
Hi mate , there could been few things to consider, first up 2mm gap between racks and motor otherwise it will make things not run smoothly, secondly Unclip and lift out the DOSS sensor and check that there is no evidence of oil on the sensor eyes or ant/dirt ingress.
@@rigidsecurityltd2367 i have checked for dirt particals obstructing the motor but seems to be okay. No sign of oil leakages too. What other problem could it possibly be?
@@user-ny2qs2ms1z hi mate, try put in manual, get the gate half way open then try to set the limits again, make sure your origin magnet is fitted correctly. Also can try setting the run standard to ZA and set your collision force and collision counts to max. Generally this should resolve your issues.

Hi mate, chance are your Doc sensor is faulty or some oil gone in the chamber , if you are not a tech I suggest you contact one in your area as it is not user thing to resolve.
Hi Gaurav, we have a infrared safety beam attached to our gate, but it always seems to not work properly and make our gate beep and stop operating, until we reset the beam. We want to disable the infrared beam function- do you know how to do that??

Hi there , Please make sure your end stop at close position is not moving when gate is learning the limits. It usually happen when end stops are not solid mounted. You just need to setup your limits again. Hope that helps

Mate , there are lots of insights apart from what I just showed in the video, if you don't have enough experience dealing with these machines I would say you must go through a Technician.
Hi Mate, your origin magnet is not getting detected by motor sensor. Make sure your origin magnet is fitted correctly and you should hear a click sound everytime it passes the motor each direction. Otherwise check your sensor is connected properly .
T Yik No it will be very nominal charges if you can remove and reconnect the motor and wiring yourself. Otherwise you might have to hire someone which might cost extra.

Hi Mate, no origin found in layman term it is not detecting your magnet. Please move your gate manually first and you should hear a click sound every time magnet fitted to the gate pass the motor.
It means your magnet is not getting detected. Either it’s too far from motor or not fitted in the right direction. You should hear a click noise every time magnet passes the motor

@@brothergospelministries no origin found means the your magnet is not getting detected by the sensor , you need to place your magnet maybe hit closer to motor . You should hear a click sound every time it passes the motor. Good luck

Hi There, you can bypass the safety beam by a loop wire between safety close and com terminal in the motor. Thanks

Hi, Generally that one represents Low Battery. Try with a brand new Battery

Check magnet is getting sensed by the sensor. It will give you click sound every time magnet passes by the sensor.

I follow the steps exactly but the gate stops when it first reaches the end stop. Doesn't move back to closed position.
