Hi Mate, The origin magnet should be installed 500m before end stop. And try listen to the origin magnet clicks by putting the motor on manual mode, and always should have the gate open halfway when setting the Limits. Let me know how you go

Hi Mate, no origin found in layman term it is not detecting your magnet. Please move your gate manually first and you should hear a click sound every time magnet fitted to the gate pass the motor.

Hi there , Please make sure your end stop at close position is not moving when gate is learning the limits. It usually happen when end stops are not solid mounted. You just need to setup your limits again. Hope that helps

Hi Mate, Hid readers are not smart devices if one of your hid reader is broken you can simply replace with same new reader and it should work as before. ( As far you concern how does reader know what door to open its about which reader port its wired to and what relay has been assigned to that door) I hope it help you.

Hi Simon, No such rules but your Gallagher Card Reader has to be a Multitech reader (means it can read hid cards) most Gallagher reader are only read Mifare cards. If you badge your HID card to your Gallagher Reader and it reads , it will give you the a event in the event viewer that a unrecognised card format read at a door , from their you can just simply follow my video steps and you should be away laughing.

Hi mate, chance are your Doc sensor is faulty or some oil gone in the chamber , if you are not a tech I suggest you contact one in your area as it is not user thing to resolve.

It means your magnet is not getting detected. Either it’s too far from motor or not fitted in the right direction. You should hear a click noise every time magnet passes the motor

Hi, Generally that one represents Low Battery. Try with a brand new Battery
