Yes it's advisable to. Just to allow the gate to move freely either way

@EtronSec Solutions Gh I got two error messages when trying to set limits
the First one is
"END STOP DISTANCE DOES NOT MATCH, LIMIT SETUP FAILED"
The second one is
"BATTERY VOLTAGE TOO LOW"

I have D5 evo motor. I have done all the settings and followed instructions but when the gate starts for the first time it is not finishing the complete cycle. The controller is switching off itself then restarts.

Not really! We now have D10 smart. But you can add ( G-ultra to the old one in order to operate it via your phone)

Hi, after pressing start, the power goes off and restart the PC board. What could be the reason?

I tried resting the limits but it wasn't successful. I got error message "!!SETUP FAIL!! NO ORIGIN FOUND.
What could be wrong?
You have to make sure the magnet on the gate passes close to the blue sensor (origin sensor) in the machine. The sensor should click anytime the magnet passes by
@@EtronsecSols the magnet passes through the sensor. The stopper for the open limit is on the rail. Is there meant to be another stopper aside the one on the track?
As long as your gate can stop at each end, you are good. But does the sensor click when the magnet passes in front
Yes the sensor clicks when the magnet passes & gate does stop at both end.
At closing, first stop end was found, but when it opens fully and stops, I get the error message "SETUP FAIL!!! NO ORIGIN FOUND" and it doesn't move again.
@@el-adol please kindly check the screen while the magnet passes by the sensor to see if you will get any message like " origin at left " or "origin at right" if not you should consider checking the origin sensor wiring for good connection or even replacing it. +233550431624 you can WhatsApp this number for further help
